Kathryn Foxx brings over 10 years of experience in the senior care industry, with a professional background rooted primarily in sales and marketing. Kathryn is solution focused and takes pride in helping individuals and their families find the right care while ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and high-quality support. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Kathryn is deeply passionate about supporting individuals living with dementia and guiding families as they navigate the challenges that come with a loved one's diagnosis Her dedication stems from a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those, she has the privilege of serving. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud mother of two small children, a son and a daughter, and she can often be found cheering on all of her nieces and nephews at their various sporting events. She also loves to cook and try new recipes and enjoys crafting and embroidery.

Mike Ciprian

HR Recruitment and Support Specialist

Mike studied Business and Journalism at Cuyahoga Community College and is Basic Law-Enforcement certified. He brings a diverse professional background to his role in HR at Home Instead, having worn many hats throughout his career-including HR, customer service leadership and training, brewing, and serving as a Sheriff's Deputy. These experiences have shaped his strong work ethic, thoughtful perspective, and people-first approach, which guide how he supports our team each day.

Community Liaison

Mahina Beates brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to Home Instead. With a foundation in child care, pediatric development, and operational management, she began her career as an Operational Assistant at an Applied Behavioral Analysis clinic, where she demonstrated strong communication skills and a proactive approach to any challenge. Her passion for helping others and ability to build meaningful connections make her a natural fit for her role in marketing. Outside of work, Mahina enjoys hiking with her two beautiful daughters and their two pups. She also loves cooking,especially with fresh fruits and vegetables from her home garden. Her warmth, dedication, and creativity make her a valued part of our team.

L.P.N., Lead Nurse Care Manager

Jennifer has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 27 years and has been a nurse for 21 of those years. Her background is in skilled care, Long Term Care Facilities, and Assisted Living Communities. Jennifer had the privilege of being the Director of Nursing for an Assisted Living Community for 10 years. She is excited to use her skills and experience in the new direction of home health care. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 boys other family members, and friends.

Caitlin Beres

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Caitlin graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has 15 years of experience working in Assisted Living with seniors. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and enjoys spending time and being an advocate for those navigating the disease process. She believes that the best care we can provide begins with finding dedicated, empathetic care pros, as they are the essential foundation of the services we provide. Caitlin and her boyfriend, Andy, have a spoiled fur-baby, Salsa. They enjoy hiking the Metroparks together and spending time outside in their garden. She enjoys cooking, crafting, and antiquing in her spare time.

Rosey Cichon

Billing and Payroll Specialist

Rosey joined Home Instead in January 2021. She has worked with Seniors since 1994, starting in a nursing home in housekeeping. Her most recent position was an Executive Director in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. Rosey has a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the aging process with dignity and respect. Outside of work Rosey enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
