We've been honored to lead the Rockland County office since 2019 and the Guilford office since 2025. Our passion for senior care is deeply personal. As caregivers for our grandparents and for Jamie's father, we understand how important it is to have reliable, heartfelt support when a loved one needs help at home. That experience inspires everything we do. Jamie has been in the healthcare field since college, holding a degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences. Darin brings over 20 years of experience as a business owner across various industries, with a focus on developing strong teams and systems that support success. Together, we're dedicated to creating a positive and empowering environment for our Care Professionals-because exceptional care starts with those who provide it. Our mission is to help older adults age safely and comfortably in the place they love most: home. We remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations and take great pride in supporting our team, our clients, and their families.

Cassandra has been with Home Instead for 8 years. She oversees scheduling, long term care submissions and billing. She is also here to ensure all services are going well.

Barbara has been with Home Instead for over 2 years. She started as the recruiter and wanted to work more with our clients. She now is the client contact for our office. She ensures all services are going well by doing quality assurance visits and checking in with all of our clients on a regular basis.

Marianne has been with Home Instead for 2 years. She is the friendly voice who answers all calls and helps with recruiting and hiring.
