Welcome! We are Nicole and Mark Labib, the owners of Home Instead.We have been the owners since 2009. Our goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging work environment for our caregivers. We strive to provide excellent care to our clients, allowing them to age safely at home with integrity and dignity. We oversee the day-to-day operations of Home Instead.

My role is to work with applicants and hire candidates that best match Home Instead's values. I instruct orientations. The orientation makes sure our caregivers understand the importance of compassion and treating their client as if they are a part of their own family. My name is Michele, my responsibilities cover a wide range of support with various administrative tasks to ensure that our office operations run smoothly. I assist all departments with workflow including tasks such as answering phones, and maintenance of files and records.

Everyone here calls me Pam. My role is to speak to NEW clients, meet them and their families at their homes to set up a proper schedule for our services.

My role here is to ensure that the licensing side of our agency runs smoothly. I keep all policies and procedures up to date and work closely with the DOH as well as the director of patient services, Pascale, to keep all caregivers up to date with their certificates, physicals and other requirements to keep caregivers active and receiving work.
