Owners
Welcome! We are Nicole and Mark Labib, the owners of Home Instead.We have been the owners since 2009. Our goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging work environment for our caregivers. We strive to provide excellent care to our clients, allowing them to age safely at home with integrity and dignity. We oversee the day-to-day operations of Home Instead.
RN, Director of Patient Services
As the director of patient services, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient care, including clinical operations, quality assurance, and staffing. I ensure that patients receive high-quality care at all times.
LPN, Assistant Director of Patient Services
I am a per diem LPN. I assist Pascale with patient services to ensure that all caregivers are up do date with in-services. I also help to onboard new HHA's and PCA's to our team. My goal is to help keep patient services running smoothly.
Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator
My role is to work with applicants and hire candidates that best match Home Instead's values. I instruct orientations. The orientation makes sure our caregivers understand the importance of compassion and treating their client as if they are a part of their own family. My top priority is to find the right fit, hardworking and loyal caregivers
Finance Manager
Hi, I am Barbara Steinberg the Finance Manager for Home Instead. I handle all things regarding billing and payroll. Looking forward to working with you!
Office Coordinator
My name is Michele, my responsibilities cover a wide range of support with various administrative tasks to ensure that our office operations run smoothly. I assist all departments with workflow including tasks such as answering phones, and maintenance of files and records.
Client Care Coordinator
Everyone here calls me Pam. My role is to speak to NEW clients, meet them and their families at their homes to set up a proper schedule for our services.
Community Liason
My expertise at Home Instead includes, Quality Assurance Advocate, Outreach Coordinator, Home Care Specialist, Certified Alzheimer / Dementia Trainer for families and all companions seeking employment opportunities with Home Instead Senior Care Nassau County NY. I look forward to working with you!
Assistant Administrator
My role here is to ensure that the licensing side of our agency runs smoothly. I keep all policies and procedures up to date and work closely with the DOH as well as the director of patient services, Pascale, to keep all caregivers up to date with their certificates, physicals and other requirements to keep caregivers active and receiving work.
