Anuja Mathur leads a strong team of 6 team players and oversees the operations at the agency. Her own personal experience of caring for her mother in law and parents gives her a very good perspective on the ground realities the seniors in our communities live with. She is very hands on with all aspects of the operations. Outside of her work with Home Instead, Anuja enjoys a robust social life and likes to spend time with her family and friends.

Mudit Mathur, from Cherry Hill, NJ, with 20 years of management consulting experience at multiple firms, was looking for an opportunity to have an impact on his local community. Coupled with his own experience of caring for his aging mother, he was drawn to Home Instead Senior Care because of their commitment to holistically caring for seniors and helping them age in their homes.

Being a nurse was Dawn's calling from a very young age. Having accomplished that goal, Dawn spent 20+ years gathering hospital experience. She decided to transition into home care couple of years ago. She is married for 23+ years and has five beautiful children, who continue to amaze her every day. She loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. She also loves to sing and dance in her car!

An old timer with the office, Robin our HR Manager recruits and hires. Her positive attitude coupled with her vast experience in the healthcare landscape, helps us tide over some rough seas. We sometimes see her buried under tons of paperwork- standards adherence both state and franchise is accomplished under her watchful eyes.!! Robin loves to spend time with her 2 adorable grandchildren and is rumored to have quite the green thumb.

Sherika is our veteran client care coordinator AKA scheduler. She is also our on-call personnel. Her role is pivotal, and she works tirelessly to perform it well. Having been a caregiver herself, Sherika brings sensitivity and empathy to her role as a scheduler. When Sherika is not scheduling she is driving her three wonderful children to soccer and cheerleading practices. With good taste in food and music, Sherika is a real asset to Home Instead.

Annette is a new addition to the team. Her 20+ years of experience in the healthcare field earned her a position on the team as an intake manager. She enjoys her role of interacting with clients and prospects. She will not hesitate to jump in to help solve an issue with clients and/or Carepros. Her calm and patient demeanor is particularly helpful in escalated situations. Apart from her stint with us, Annette is a licensed massage therapist and an experienced home helper. She is married to her loving husband Bob. In her spare time she loves to vacation at the shore and take care of her 4 cats and dog Cassie.

Jinal Shah is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory. As the founder of Biz Solutions,Inc she specializes in providing tailored financial strategies to enhance efficiency and growth. Additionally, she plays a key role in managing billing, payroll, and LTC operations. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jinal is passionate about traveling and exploring mountainous landscapes.

Tressy is a new addition to the team. Her strong background in customer service, public relations, recruitment, and training has earned her a position in the company as a training coordinator. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences. Beyond her professional expertise, she enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. In her free time, she loves exploring new recipes in the kitchen and immersing herself in captivating novels. Her goal is to bring enthusiasm, empathy, and excellence to every interaction.
