Latasha is the Home Instead Office Manager and oversees the daily operations of the office. She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with caregivers and clients. Latasha enjoys traveling with her family, photography, and learning about new cultures. She believes that the key to happiness: is to love your family, work hard, and live your passion.

Being a nurse was Dawn's calling from a very young age. Having accomplished that goal, Dawn spent 20+ years gathering hospital experience. She decided to transition into home care couple of years ago. She is married for 23+ years and has five beautiful children, who continue to amaze her every day. She loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. She also loves to sing and dance in her car!

With a strong background in home health, dermatology, and veterinary care, she brings empathy, attention to detail, and a calming presence to every interaction. Amanda is dedicated to making the intake process smooth, supportive, and reassuring. This ensures that each client feels heard, informed, and cared for. Outside of work, Amanda volunteers with dog transport efforts across PA, NJ, and CT, and is actively involved in her local VFW, supporting veterans and their families through community outreach. She also enjoys spending time with her rescue pup-who reminds her daily of the value of comfort, trust and care .
