Owners

Amy & Tom are a solid team, being married for over 30 years. Amy has worked with our older adult population for 25 years, they are her passion. Tom has been a successful business owner in his own right for 17 years. Tom's expertise and skillset allows him to wear many different hats at Home Instead. Amy is also a Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association and facilitates Dementia Support Groups for our Community.

Melissa

General Manager

Melissa is the glue that holds our team together! She has been with Home Instead for 4 years and is instrumental in assisting our client's and family members, our Care Professionals and our office team. Melissa manages the day to day operations to keep us running smoothly.

Dani

Director of Human Resources

Dani has been on our Team for 3 years and she plays an intricate role that ensures we here at Home Instead are following the employment laws in addition to processing our payroll and receivables. Our Care Professionals enjoy connecting with Dani on a wide range of their needs as well. Dani fosters a positive attitude that in turn, provides a positive workplace culture.

Shannon

Office Coordinator

Shannon is our Friendly Office Coordinator and supports our office Team, Client's and Care Professionals. She wears many hats and is happy to jump in anytime! Shannon will greet you with a warm smile at the office as she is on boarding new care professionals to Home Instead while always supporting our current team. She also loves going out and meeting our Clients to ensure they are happy with our services and to say a BIG thank you to our Care Professionals for providing quality care and support to our Client's. We are happy to have her as part of our team.

On-Call Supervisor

April plays an intricate role here at Home Instead and finds pleasure in communicating with our Client's, family members and Care Professionals to ensure our Client's needs are being met. She also works diligently to match our Client's with the best Care Professionals based on your needs and our Care Team that includes their skillset, experience and personality. It is not only April's goal to provide you with outstanding coverage and support but to also help to build a lasting trusting relationship for you or your loved one. With 14 months at Home Instead, Cynthia has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

For Cynthia, the reward is in the connection. "I love being a part of the team. It's wonderful when we can assist folks getting the care that they need to allow them to stay in their homes and have continued independence with the assistance of Care Pros," Cynthia shares.

Cynthia's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. "I enjoy talking to folks who call for information," Cynthia says of a typical day.

Cynthia praises the local team for their dedication and communication. "We have been serving seniors in York County for 23 years. Our outstanding CPs and amazing office staff are constantly communicating with one another to be sure that we are all current with the clients' needs and/or any changes. We have a RN on staff, a wheelchair van as well as Sensi AI," Cynthia notes. "I am proud of the teamwork. It takes a village."
