Connect with Ben on LinkedIn Ben is the proud owner of the Central New Hampshire office which has been serving seniors since 2005. The Home Instead mission is personal to Ben because he saw how important it was to his grandmother to be able to live in her own home until she was 100 years old. Ben enjoys providing top quality home care to aging adults so they can stay in their homes just like his grandmother. Prior to owning this Home Instead franchise Ben served seven years on active duty as a U.S. Navy officer. Ben graduated with an MBA and in his free time enjoys rooting for New England sports teams, reading, and traveling.

Executive Director

Andrea oversees the successful operation of the day-to-day business. She focuses on a smooth delivery of services and employment experiences through close supervision of those key aspects of the business while driving overall efficiency and managing change. She leads a team of caring individuals who help families navigate the many issues that involve caring for their loved ones. She is dedicated to the guidance and development of her team and acts as a driving force for our mission and vision. She holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.

Director of Community Engagement

Caitlin partners with healthcare providers and the Central NH community to deliver education, resources, and presentations that support aging adults and their families. She leads key business development and outreach efforts, including consultations, care coordination, networking and community events. Caitlin supports office operations and contributes to staff training, with a focus on Alzheimer's and healthy aging. Known for her authenticity and strong relationships, Caitlin brings a thoughtful, proactive approach to everything she does. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exploring New England, baking and reading.

Director of Care Professionals

Nicole is responsible for the retention of our Care Professionals. As the Director of Care Professionals, she oversees the communication and engagement of Care Professionals through effective development, goal setting, surveying and problem resolution techniques. She coordinates with the scheduling department to ensure proper staffing for client's needs and maintains relationship touch points with each Care Professional throughout their employment, providing guidance and support along the way. Outside of work, family is everything! She enjoys spending time with her children as well as being outside and looking for local adventures.

Quality Assurance Case Manager

Micaela oversees the care of our clients, ensuring that care plans accurately reflect current needs and is updated following any changes in condition. She conducts quality assurance visits and calls, maintaining compliance with state requirements. Micaela is dedicated to making sure our Care Professionals, clients, and families receive the highest level of support. She is also one of our Personal Care Trainers and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with Care Professionals to help them grow in their roles. Outside of work, Micaela loves spending time with her sons, reading, cooking, and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Administrative Assistant

Aileen is our Administrative Assistant, or as we like to say, our Director of First Impressions. She is the first person you see when you enter our office or call in on the phone. She offers support to our clients and caregivers in addition to her clerical duties within the office. Additionally, Aileen is one of our Personal Care Trainers and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with Care Professionals to help them grow in their roles and acts as a mentor, bridging the office with what's going on in the field. Outside of work, Aileen enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, especially soaking up the summer sun at the beach with her daughter. She loves trying new foods, enjoying live music and exploring new places.

Bookkeeper

Lucy handles our accounting functions including client and VA billing. Lucy came to us with many years of bookkeeping and accounting experience within small manufacturing and service-related companies. She holds a Certificate in Accounting. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys gardening, traveling, being active and spending time with her German Shepherds.

Care Professionals

Care Professionals

Home Instead Care Professionals are the foundation of our company. We take pride in hiring highly qualified, experienced caregivers and exceeding state screening requirements. Each Care Pro undergoes thorough vetting, including state and national background checks, BEAS abuse registry review, DMV checks, employment and reference verification, and drug testing. We match a wide range of Care Pros to meet each client's unique needs while encouraging and maintaining independence. Services include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and personal care. Additionally, many Care Pros are trained to support chronic conditions such as Alzheimer's and other dementias, Parkinson's, diabetes, and COPD, as well as some experience in colostomy, urostomy, and oxygen care. Our Care Pros are supported by a 24/7 office team and receive over 50 hours of initial training, along with ongoing monthly education to stay current with best practices. Above all, they share a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults.
