Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners Tim and Clare Connelly possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in the community. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families in Sarpy County, NE as well as the Council Bluffs area. A native Nebraskan, Tim graduated from Creighton University and has dedicated much of his professional career to serving seniors and their families. Prior to purchasing the office that serves Sarpy County, Nebraska and Southwest Iowa, Tim worked at Home Instead Senior Care's Global Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. Tim's wife Clare has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University and a Master of Public Administration from University of Nebraska at Omaha. Tim and Clare look forward to providing area seniors with options for long-term care and to providing the services needed to help them remain safely in their homes for as long as possible.

Meet Cindy S, a heartbeat of the Home Instead Papillion team. Cindy comes to us with a background in i was a foster parent and also provided home care for my grandmother, mother, and father.. With 11 months at Home Instead, Cindy has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

Cindy praises the local team for their dedication and communication. "Corey doesn't make me feel guilty, if I can't do a shift. She can tell if I need a break.
Cydney does an amazing job with training, and handles everything you need to do your job successfully.
They both always greet you with a smile. 😊," Cindy notes. "If I stop by the office with a client, or the client needs to call the office. The team takes care of the request immediately."
