What You'll Do

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you'll travel to clients and provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to client homes throughout Sarpy and Pottawattamie County
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Promoting client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Communicating with the office team regarding client needs and updates

What We're Looking For

Successful caregivers are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but not required—we provide comprehensive training)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Consistent availability and dependable attendance
• A caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others
