Get to Know a Care Pro

Rhonda R, Home Instead Omaha

A devoted Care Pro from Omaha, Nebraska who has supported clients from age 65 to 102, building relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy. Her current client, Ms. Barb, has become like family. “Every Monday, we sit down for 15 minutes and talk about her weekend,” Rhonda shares. “She loves puzzles, reading, and her family. We just click.”

Rhonda’s daily goal is simple: make sure Ms. Barb is safe, comfortable, and cared for—even ensuring her food is stocked and an emergency necklace is nearby before leaving each day. “We don’t ask for it,” she says, “but it’s nice to be appreciated.”

Rhonda praises the app for bridging communication gaps she experienced at past jobs. “Now everything’s clear—there’s a checklist, direct messaging, and the family stays connected.”

In every way, Rhonda reflects the heart of caregiving: consistency, connection, and the quiet pride of knowing you’ve made someone’s life better today.
