Paul & Ashley Fry

Paul & Ashley Fry

Owners

Paul and Ashley Fry are proud owners of the Home Instead office serving North Platte and the surrounding communities. Their passion is helping older adults age with dignity, independence, and compassion while providing families with trusted, personalized care. Paul has been dedicated to the senior care industry since 2008, building a career focused on serving older adults and supporting families through every stage of aging. In 2018, Paul and Ashley purchased the Conway, Arkansas, Home Instead franchise from Paul’s father, Dan Fry, who had successfully owned and operated the office for 12 years. Building on that family legacy, they have continued to grow a culture of compassionate, relationship-centered care. In July 2025, Paul and Ashley expanded that commitment by purchasing the Home Instead franchise serving North Platte, Nebraska. Their goal is to continue the tradition of exceptional care while investing in the local community, supporting caregivers, and helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Before entering the senior care industry, Paul began his nursing career at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he developed a strong foundation in compassionate, high-quality patient care. He continues to maintain his Registered Nurse (RN) license, bringing valuable clinical knowledge and healthcare experience to both Home Instead offices. Paul and Ashley are the proud parents of two sons. As a family, they believe that caring for others is more than a profession—it is a calling. They lead their Home Instead teams with the values of compassion, integrity, respect, and excellence, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every client, family, and Care Professional they serve. Paul and Ashley are honored to serve the North Platte community and look forward to building lasting relationships with local families while delivering the trusted care that Home Instead has provided for decades.
