Paul and Ashley Fry

Paul and Ashley Fry

Owners

Paul and Ashley Fry are proud owners of the Home Instead office serving Hastings, Grand Island, Kearney and the surrounding communities. Their passion is helping older adults age with dignity, independence, and compassion while providing families with trusted, personalized care. Paul has been dedicated to the senior care industry since 2008, building a career focused on serving older adults and supporting families through every stage of aging. In 2018, Paul and Ashley purchased the Conway, Arkansas, Home Instead franchise from Paul’s father, Dan Fry, who had successfully owned and operated the office for 12 years. Building on that family legacy, they have continued to grow a culture of compassionate, relationship-centered care. In January 2026, Paul and Ashley expanded that commitment by purchasing the Home Instead franchise serving Hastings, Grand Island, and Kearney, Nebraska. Their goal is to continue the tradition of exceptional care while investing in the local community, supporting caregivers, and helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Before entering the senior care industry, Paul began his nursing career at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he developed a strong foundation in compassionate, high-quality patient care. He continues to maintain his Registered Nurse (RN) license, bringing valuable clinical knowledge and healthcare experience to both Home Instead offices. Paul and Ashley are the proud parents of two sons. As a family, they believe that caring for others is more than a profession—it is a calling. They lead their Home Instead teams with the values of compassion, integrity, respect, and excellence, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every client, family, and Care Professional they serve. Paul and Ashley are honored to serve the Hastings, Kearney, and Grand Island communities and look forward to building lasting relationships with local families while delivering the trusted care that Home Instead has provided for decades.

Holly Flohrs

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

With a strong foundation in both clinical care and healthcare administration, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my role at Home Instead. I graduated from Holdrege High School, where I earned my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, followed by my Medication Aide certification at age 18. I later completed my Associate of Applied Science in Medical Assisting and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. As Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, I am passionate about connecting compassionate individuals with meaningful careers in caregiving. I enjoy recruiting, training, and supporting our caregivers as they develop their skills, build confidence, and make a lasting impact in the lives of the older adults and families we serve. Helping others succeed while strengthening our team is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, along with our three dogs and cat. During the summer, you'll often find our family at the racetrack. In my free time, I also enjoy reading and operating my small business.

Ruth Liedle

Business Development Advisor

With more than 20 years of experience in business development, community outreach, and recruitment, I am passionate about building meaningful relationships and connecting individuals and families with the resources they need. As a Business Development Advisor at Home Instead, I enjoy collaborating with community partners and helping others discover the compassionate care and support our team provides. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, playing golf, and making trips to Lincoln. Summer is my favorite season, and I especially enjoy attending my grandchildren's activities. They keep our family busy with softball, baseball, and dance, and watching them grow and pursue their interests is one of my greatest joys. Family is an important part of my life. My daughter is a nurse with a master's degree who serves as an Infection Prevention Coordinator at a local hospital, and I am incredibly proud of her accomplishments. Whether I'm cheering on my grandchildren or connecting with members of our community, I value building relationships and making a positive impact wherever I can.
