Introduction
Tri-Cities Home Care is a locally owned, non-medical home care company proudly serving the Tri-Cities area and surrounding communities. Our clients love us — and we love them right back.
We understand that the heart of our company is our caregivers. Without compassionate, dependable caregivers, we simply wouldn’t exist.
Our Culture
At Tri-Cities Home Care, you are more than just a caregiver — you are a vital part of our team and our mission.
We strive to honor and respect every team member for their unique gifts, skills, and heart for service. We provide:
Thorough paid training to prepare you for your assignments
Ongoing support from our office team
Recognition for your hard work
Competitive pay with opportunities for raises
A supportive, family-oriented work environment
We believe in teamwork, communication, and taking care of the people who take care of others.

Depending on the client, you may assist with:
Light housekeeping
Companionship and conversation

Transportation to medical appointments
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Assistance with showers and personal hygiene

Other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
You will not be asked to perform skilled nursing tasks such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy services.
