Hastings, Kearney, Grand Island

Tri-Cities Home Care

Introduction

Tri-Cities Home Care is a locally owned, non-medical home care company proudly serving the Tri-Cities area and surrounding communities. Our clients love us — and we love them right back.

We understand that the heart of our company is our caregivers. Without compassionate, dependable caregivers, we simply wouldn’t exist.

Our Culture

At Tri-Cities Home Care, you are more than just a caregiver — you are a vital part of our team and our mission.

We strive to honor and respect every team member for their unique gifts, skills, and heart for service. We provide:

  • Thorough paid training to prepare you for your assignments

  • Ongoing support from our office team

  • Recognition for your hard work

  • Competitive pay with opportunities for raises

  • A supportive, family-oriented work environment

We believe in teamwork, communication, and taking care of the people who take care of others.

Typical Shift

Your shift will begin by driving to the home of your assigned client. Because every client’s needs are different, we match caregivers based on skills, personality, and availability.

Depending on the client, you may assist with:

  • Light housekeeping

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Running errands and outings

  • Transportation to medical appointments

  • Meal preparation

  • Medication reminders

  • Assistance with showers and personal hygiene

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Dressing and grooming

  • Oral care

  • Escorting and transferring

  • Other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

You will not be asked to perform skilled nursing tasks such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy services.

Who Makes a Great Caregiver?

Successful caregivers come from many different backgrounds, including:

  • Experienced caregivers

  • CNAs

  • Home health or hospice aides

  • Individuals with caring hearts (no experience required — we will train you!)

  • Assisted living or skilled nursing staff seeking a change from facility work

  • New CNA graduates

  • High school graduates

  • College students or future nurses

  • Stay-at-home parents looking for flexible hours

  • Empty nesters

  • Retirees

If you have compassion, reliability, and a strong work ethic — we can teach the rest.

Pay

  • Starting at $16.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
