Lindsey was born and raised in Beatrice, NE. She attended college in Lincoln and graduated from University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 2007. Lindsey & Tyler moved to Topeka, Kansas in 2009. They lived there for 11 years. Lindsey worked at Security Benefit as a Business Analyst for 8 years. While this role was helping others out, she always wanted to have a more direct impact on individuals. When the opportunity to become part of the Home Instead family arose, she was excited to be able to fulfill that dream! Tyler was also born and raised in Beatrice, NE. He has lived in several cities across the country including Lincoln, Kansas City, Orlando, New York City, Topeka and now back home! Tyler has spent the last 14 years in the restaurant business in Kansas. Tyler and Lindsey wanted their children to grow up close to their grandparents and other family that live here, so they came HOME! Tyler and Lindsey took over Home Instead in January 2021. They bought Home Instead from Tyler's parents, Rick and Linda Clabaugh who had ran the business for 4 years prior. They had heard a lot about Home Instead through their family and were excited to be able to serve the community that they grew up in. Tyler & Lindsey have 3 children; Brooks, Liv & Ryan. They enjoy spending time together at the family 'shed', Husker sports, golfing, fishing, listening and playing music and going to the kids activities.

Kim joined Home Instead in August of 2019. Initially hired to work with Referrals and Marketing over the years her role has evolved into Client Care Coordinator. She and her husband, Jeremy, moved to Beatrice in 2005 when he began working for the Beatrice Fire Dept. Kim stayed home raising their 3 children for the previous 12 years while working part-time at the Beatrice YMCA. She has a passion for people and enjoys taking the time to get to know those she meets. Kim is intuitive to their needs and is willing to take the extra step to provide resources available to those who need it most. In her free time she enjoys walking, gardening, volunteering for local organizations and is a taxi service for her children.

Service Coordinator

Michelle joined Home Instead in November of 2020 as the Service Coordinator which focuses on the schedule for the Caregivers and the clients. Michelle enjoys being a part of a great company and team that can provide care and companionship to those who need us. Michelle graduated with a degree in Human Services in 2016 from Southeast Community College in Lincoln. She held a position as a para-educator for 10 years and gained many years of experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Michelle began working with the senior population while going to school in 2016 and continued to do so as a Life Enrichment Coordinator in Lincoln, NE up until joining Home Instead in 2020. Michelle enjoys listening to the stories people tell and the wisdom they share. Michelle has been married to her husband Anthony since 1999 and have two sons: Christian and Kaiden. The family moved to Beatrice in 2019 and enjoy the friendly people and community they live in. The family likes to spend time together, watching movies, spending time outdoors, travelling and exploring new adventures.

Karen joined Home Instead as a Caregiver in September of 2019. In December of 2019 she joined the office team as an Administrative Assistant. Karen did in-home childcare for 35 years before her employment with Home Instead. She has 1 biological son 2 adopted daughters, and one grandson on the way! In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering for Special Olympics and Girl scouts.

Recruiting & Engagement Coordinator

Lea joined the Home Instead family in April 2021 as a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. After several years working in Human Resources and Senior Care, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to combine both fields and do something every day that she is truly passionate about. Lea loves to have fun at work and enjoys making others laugh and smile. Lea and her husband John live on a farm with their 3 children, (and many animals). When she's not at work, Lea enjoys spending time with her family, trips to the lake, singing and crafting.

Client Care Coordinator

Sidney joined Home Instead in April of 2021. Initially hired on as a Care Professional, she transitioned into the office to work as the Client Care Coordinator in August of 2022. She was born and raised in Beatrice, only leaving briefly to explore her passion for helping others and acquiring her CNA in 2019. In her spare time she likes to spend time with family, go on camping trips with her dog, Nova, and doing DIY projects around the house.

Chief Bark Officer

Millie joined the Home Instead office in June of 2023 at the age of 4 months and is pawsitively an essential team member! She is the Chief Bark Officer, a professional treat connoisseur, master of naptime optimization and professional belly rub collector. She specializes in boosting morale and stealing hearts. With a wagging tail and heart full of enthusiasm, this furry colleague brings a fresh breeze of positivity into our workplace!
