Shannon is a graduate of Mars Hill University. We were very blessed to have Shannon join our team in 2012, after she taught first grade students for over 20 years. Cyndi graduated from Wilkes Community College with a degree in Medical Office Assisting. Her mother and grandmother were both nurses. Watching them take care of people since she was a little girl helped guide her into caregiving. Cyndi joined our team in 2014 as a CAREGiver and transferred into the office in May of 2015. Since that time, she has been able to put her organization and love of people to good use by making sure our clients receive the best possible care we can offer them by teaching our CAREGiver Orientation Training, and Alzheimer's & Dementia Training. In addition to training, Cyndi does billing, reviews client care plans & reviews client charts making sure that our clients are getting top quality service. Chandra earned her ADN from Wilkes Community College and her BSN from Appalachian State University. She resides in Ferguson with her incredible family. Chandra has been with Home Instead since March 2023. Her favorite part of working with clients and caregivers is being able to treat people with respect and dignity. Kristie earned her ADN from Wilkes Community College and her BSN from Western Governors University. She was born and raised in North Wilkesboro. Kristie has been with Home Instead since September 2024. Her three children keep her busy with baseball, drama, dancing, and singing. Jennifer joined Home Instead in July of 2019 as their High Country Manager. She has a passion to serve the senior community and strives to help make a difference by providing quality services that helping our clients stay in the comfort of their homes. She has over 30 years of community service experience. Jennifer is the first person you will meet when seeking help in the High County area and will work with you in finding and proving the best services to meet your needs. She earned her Bachelor's in Human Service Management through the University of Phoenix. Jennifer resides in Ashe County with her Husband and two dogs Buddy and Biscuit. Leslie joined our team in September 2019. Leslie has over 28 years of customer service experience. She enjoys helping others and working with our clients and caregivers. Leslie married her husband in 2001. They have one daughter River and two dogs Emmy and Willow. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her daughter play volleyball and spending time with her family outdoors hiking, camping, and kayaking. She resides in Ashe County with her family.
