John is passionate about honoring and caring for seniors. He has served as the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Wake County since 2002 and considers this business a ministry to both their clients and wonderful CAREGivers. As a native of Raleigh, John received his Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he also played baseball. Following college he spent two years doing mission work in Tanzania. Sally, a UNC trained Physical Therapist, has played an integral role in the growth of the company for many years. She is proud to be part of the solution to the growing need for home care in Wake County as Home Instead seeks to change the face of aging. ​John and Sally are blessed to serve along with their wonderful staff and CAREGivers. They genuinely appreciate the many compassionate CAREGivers they employ who understand the tremendous impact they have on the life of each client. John and Sally's administrative team and CAREGivers share a common purpose of helping improve the quality of life of seniors.​

Tiffany, a dedicated leader with a passion for community service, serves as the General Manager of Home Instead. Since joining the Home Instead family in 2016, she has leveraged her 20 years of experience working with the public to connect with seniors and ensure their well-being. A proud North Carolinian, Tiffany holds degrees in both Medical Assisting and Medical Office Administration, reflecting her commitment to healthcare excellence. When not leading the team, you'll find her enjoying the state's natural beauty - gardening, hiking, or spending cherished moments with her husband, two sons, and their beloved pug.

Peg, a Home Care Consultant at Home Instead, brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served the company for an impressive 24 years. Her journey has taken her through all aspects of Home Instead, giving her a comprehensive understanding of senior care needs. Passionate about helping others, Peg finds immense satisfaction in connecting clients and their families with the most suitable care solutions. With deep respect for her colleagues, she thrives in a collaborative environment. Outside of work, Peg enjoys an active lifestyle filled with gardening, cooking, swimming, biking, and exploring new destinations through travel. When not on the go, she cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.

Amanda embodies the spirit of adventure - both in her personal life and her dedication to senior care at Home Instead. Since joining the Home Instead family in 2012, her journey has spanned offices in Raleigh and New Bern, ultimately leading her to serve as Senior Care Advocate in beautiful Morehead City. Amanda's passion for her community shines through as she connects with Crystal Coast seniors and finds the perfect care solutions for them. But when she's not advocating for her clients, she's likely seeking her own thrills - conquering roller coasters, zip lines, and even skydiving! Balancing this adventurous spirit is the joy of raising a little one at home, adding a whole new dimension to her sense of adventure

Monica is a dedicated and compassionate Client and Staff Coordinator at Home Instead, leveraging her passion for caregiving to ensure exceptional service. With a background of 5 years as a caregiver and degrees in Medical Assisting and Health Science, Monica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Monica has built a beautiful family with her husband of 11 years, their three children, and a cherished grandson. When she's not coordinating care, Monica enjoys creating memories with her loved ones and their four furry companions. Her ultimate goal is to become a Home Instead Franchise Owner, further solidifying her commitment to providing high-quality in-home care.

Chris, originally from New England, brings a warm smile and over 20 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources to her role at Home Instead. Since joining the team in 2018, Chris has taken on several roles, which has led her to the Human Resource Department. Chris thrives on empowering our Caregivers through training and connecting with them on a personal level.

Registered Nurse

Debra brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate heart to her role as a Home Instead Nurse. With a distinguished nursing career spanning Carteret Health, home hospice care, and inpatient hospice at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport, Debra offers a unique perspective on end-of-life care. A certified Hospice Nurse and Pharmacy Technician, she possesses a deep well of knowledge to ensure her clients receive exceptional care during a sensitive time. North Carolina has been her home since 1972, and she has built a loving family with her husband of 36 years. Their two sons and daughter are a constant source of joy. Outside of work, Debra enjoys creating lasting memories with family and friends, often embarking on adventures in their RV. Her passion for exploration beautifully complements her dedication to providing comfort and support to patients in their final stages.
