Brenda Smith, Operations Manager Brenda manages all aspects of our Home Instead office. One would contact Brenda if they have questions, compliments, or concerns related to any of our Care Professionals, any questions regarding their invoice or payments, or general questions about care. Brenda has been with Home Instead since 2017, she fulfills her purpose in helping others by mentoring caregivers and supporting clients and their families. Amber takes the call when someone contacts Home Instead inquiring about our services. She answers their questions, learns a bit about the potential client, and talks about the services provided. Amber schedules a face to face meeting with potential clients and their family members to assess their situation, learn about their personality, and develop a care plan specific for that individual client. Amber will introduce Care Professionals to clients whenever a new Caregiver is providing care. She keeps care plans up to date and conducts quality assurance calls and home visits. Amber is the person to call if you have a concern about your loved one's plan of care, or if your loved one develops a need for service.
