Andrea Allen

Andrea Allen

General Manager

Andrea joined Home Instead in May 2023 and now serves as the General Manager. In this role, she provides leadership across all areas of the business, including operations, finance, staffing, human resources, client services, and home care sales. She is responsible for driving the company's annual operational goals, managing departmental performance, fostering strong relationships with healthcare and community referral partners, and ensuring families receive exceptional, person-centered care. Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in General Business from Northwest Missouri State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Heather Stone

Heather Stone

Director of Talent & People Development

Heather joined Home Instead in 2021 as the Engagement and Training Coordinator and has been promoted several times since. Most recently, in April 2025, she became the Director of Talent and People Development. In her role, Heather oversees the management and development of both administrative staff and Care Professionals. She is responsible for recruitment and hiring, staff development, and fostering engagement among team members, clients, and the community. Originally from Saint Joseph, Heather lives locally with her husband and children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and traveling whenever possible.

Deanna Utz

Client Care Manager

Deanna joined Home Instead in February 2020 as Client Care Manager. She works closely with older adults, their families, and team members to coordinate and optimize all aspects of care. Deanna conducts Care Consultations, facilitates introductions between older adults and Care Professionals, and performs Quality Assurance visits and follow-ups. She also maintains ongoing communication with older adults, Care Professionals, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. Outside of work, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband and grandchildren.

Tara Stevenson

Registered Nurse

Tara Stevenson joined Home Instead in May 2021 as a Registered Nurse. She brings extensive experience with Diabetes Education and Care Management. She assists families and clients to navigate the health care landscape. She also provides care giver trainings for Personal Skills, Medication Management and Nurse Directed Services. Tara prioritizes high quality care for our clients and their families by coordinating communication and education across the care teams. Tara is married and has three boys. In her free time, she enjoys art, music and gardening.

Community Care Coordinator

Lexi joined Home Instead in November 2025 as Community Care Coordinator and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and their families at our Holiday Country Squire location. She develops and oversees individualized care plans, addresses client and family concerns, and conducts regular quality assurance visits to ensure exceptional service within the community. Lexi also provides leadership and ongoing support to our Care Professionals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family on their farm, reading, and gardening.

Client Care Coordinator

Lynne serves as Home Instead's Client Care Coordinator for our northern territories, where she works closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure every client receives personalized, compassionate care. She oversees the client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing care, helping develop individualized care plans, coordinating services, and maintaining regular communication with clients and their loved ones. Lynne is passionate about building meaningful relationships and providing peace of mind by ensuring each client receives the highest quality of care. Outside of work, Lynne enjoys reading, going to the gym, being a dance mom, and taking her pups to the dog park.

Billing & Payroll Specialist

Codi serves as Home Instead's Billing & Payroll Specialist, where she supports the administrative and financial operations of the organization. She helps ensure accurate payroll processing, billing coordination, and financial processes that support both our clients and caregiving team. Codi is dedicated to providing dependable support behind the scenes to help our team deliver exceptional care to the families we serve. Outside of work, Codi enjoys spending time with her husband and children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, fishing, crafting, and gardening.
