Cathi and Steve Boos are the franchise owners of the Liberty, MO office of Home Instead. Home Instead is the world's largest provider of comprehensive, non-medical home care services for the elderly. Their business provides services to seniors throughout Clay and Platte counties, MO. Cathi and Steve opened Home Instead locally in 2005. Cathi has an MS in Social Gerontology and has worked with seniors in various capacities prior to opening the Liberty office. Steve is a former military officer and plant manager in the paper industry.

Millie started her career with Home Instead in 2007 as a Care Pro. As the General Manager, she works closely with our Client Care team, Service Coordinator (scheduling) and Hiring Manager to ensure we create a positive experience for both clients and Care Pros working with Home Instead.

Betty is in charge of billing and payroll functions for all Home Instead clients and Care Pros. Betty also assists with the Care Pro onboarding process and provides exceptional customer service while helping clients and Care Pros on a daily basis through telephone or walk-in traffic.

Renee is a registered nurse who has worked in home health and long term care settings before coming to Home Instead. Renee is responsible for training Care Pros on nurse directed services. She is also available for medication set-ups and nurse assessments at clients' request.

Having a background in teaching, Brenda is a great fit for Care Pro education. Brenda has also worked as a Home Instead Care Pro, giving her insight into the needs of clients and challenges Care Pros face. Brenda develops and conducts our Care Pro training classes and heads up our Care Pro mentorship program, making sure Care Pros get off to a great start.

Jillian is responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding new Care Pros. She looks for candidates who have a heart for caregiving and want to support our mission of helping seniors stay in their homes. Jillian works with Care Pros through the hiring process, helping to ensure they have a positive experience once they start working with clients.

Shylo started with Home Instead as a Care Pro . She is now a Lead Care Pro, su pport ing Care Pros in the field by doing introductions, on-site training and filling in on a shift, when needed . She also does quality assurance visits and keeps client assessments updated .

Craig serves as the Business Development Advisor for Home Instead in Liberty, connecting seniors and their families with the care and support they need. With a background in relationship-building and communication, Craig works closely with our community partners to introduce families to Home Instead's services. Craig is passionate about helping families find personalized solutions that make aging at home possible.
