Her background as a Registered Nurse and Human Resource Executive helps her to make the best decisions and suggestions alongside clients and their families. Debbie leads her team with confidence as they work together to provide excellent quality care. One of Debbie's greatest strengths is her compassion when working with clients, family members, and Care Professionals. She understands the sensitivity of the care we provide and, ultimately, builds her team to ensure excellence in all we do.

​With a background in education, Emily focuses on recruiting, developing and implementing the best training programs for our Care Pros. She believes in connecting with the community in which she grew up. Emily has been promoted to General Manager to oversee business operations. Emily takes great pride in helping families care for their aging loved ones. She lives in Washington with her husband and two young daughters.

After being in the field of education for 30 years, Jennifer was looking for a new adventure continuing to serve her community. Because Jennifer personally understands the need of finding care for loved ones, Jennifer serves in a variety of roles with a focus of attracting, scheduling and retaining quality Care Pros. Throughout the process, she spends time getting to know each Care Pros individually so that she can accurately communicate information to the team as we match the Care Pros to our clients and meet their needs. She lives in Sullivan with her husband of 22 years and has three children.
