For the Full Time Dedication Caregiver position, the candidate must have prior caregiving experience and must agree to the availability and scheduling terms.

Availability Requirements

Each Care Pro must provide at least 60 hours of availability every week.

Requirement	Rule
Weekly availability	Minimum 60 hours
Days available	5 days per week
Daily window	8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (13 hours)
Weekend	At least 1 of the 5 days must be a Saturday or Sunday shift

Scheduling and Hours

1. Home Instead schedules and assigns all shifts within the Care Pro's submitted availability.
2. The Care Pro works a minimum of 40 hours per week during that availability.
3. The Care Pro works every shift as scheduled and assigned, including the start time, end time, and client.
4. Shifts are not scheduled outside the Care Pro's submitted availability unless the Care Pro agrees.
5. Declining a shift that falls within submitted availability is not permitted.

Compensation

Care Pros are paid hourly, with a higher rate for weekend hours.

Weekend	12:00 AM Saturday to 11:59 PM Sunday	$20.00/hour

• Hours worked over 40 in a workweek are paid at 1.5 times the regular rate, as federal law requires for agency-employed home care workers. When a week mixes weekday and weekend hours, the regular rate is the weighted average of the two rates.

Additional Requirements:
You must be 19 years of age
Pass a background checks, including a drug screen and an MVR check
Possess a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
Give at least 3 verifiable references
Flexible

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's Care
• Activities of daily living assistance including personal care
