We're looking for a driven, people-focused professional who can build strong client relationships while helping our business grow! This role combines business development and customer service to ensure clients feel support from the first contact through ongoing service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement, Relationship Building, & Community Outreach

  • Serve as a trusted advocate for clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources.

  • Care Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee client service plans, ensuring that care is adapted as needs evolve.

  • Collaborate with care team, schedulers, and care pros to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Conduct regular quality assurance visits and update documentation accordingly.

  • Lead client and care pro introductions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.

  • Collaboration & Problem Solving

  • Address client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and proactive problem solving.

  • Work closely with care pros, health professionals, and family members to create the best outcomes for clients.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance care services and advocate for additional support when needed.

  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including care assessments, service plans, and quality assurance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Prior experiences in client services, healthcare, senior care, social work, or care coordination strongly preferred.

  • Experience working directly with older adults, families, and caregivers is a plus.

  • Strong networking, presentation, and relationship building skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce).

  • Ability to operate independently and manage a high level of field-based activity.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
