We're a locally owned Home Instead office serving older adults in the Branson area - Taney and Stone Counties - and we've built our team around one belief: the right Care Pro can change everything for a family. What We Pay
We believe in being upfront about compensation, so here it is:
- $16.00-$18.00/hr base pay (based on experience)
- +$2.00/hr for weekend shifts
- +$5.00/hr for dual-clients shifts
- $15.00/hr for travel time between client visits
- 1.5x your hourly rate on recognized holidays you work
- 90 day evaluation with merit increase
- Annual review with merit increase
- $500 hiring bonus
- Paid orientation and ongoing training
As a Care Professional, you're matched with clients in their homes. Every client is different. Some days you're helping with meals and light housekeeping. Other days you're the person someone talks to for the first time all week. The work is personal, it's varied, and it matters.
Services you'll provide may include:
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Medication reminders and safety monitoring
We honor the availability you give to us. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts are available.
What We Ask of You
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- Genuine warmth and patience with older adults
- No prior caregiving experience required - we provide full paid training
