Meet kaylee e, a heartbeat of the Home Instead Cloud team. kaylee comes to us with a background in i cared for a 89 year old man for about a year and change. he had alzheimer's dementia, basically doing the same thing i'm doing now with the clients i currently have.. With since May at Home Instead, kaylee has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.
For kaylee, the reward is in the connection. "knowing that they are being taken care of properly, especially if they don't have anyone else," kaylee shares. Through these shared moments, kaylee has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "not to sweat the small stuff."
kaylee's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in dementia, companionship, being a friend, a leader/teacher, kaylee finds joy in the details of each visit. "seeing my girls every morning :)," kaylee says of a typical day.
kaylee praises the local team for their dedication and communication. "i dummy know about the other ones lol," kaylee notes. "being efficient and doing our jobs."
