Nick Weber is the owner of Weber Home Care, LLC d.b.a Home Instead ® -Edina. Nick started his professional career in Sales and Marketing, spending the last 19 years in the hearing healthcare industry, most recently owning and operating multiple local Beltone Hearing Aid Center locations. Nick has a passion for serving others, especially the aging adult population and those who care for them! Nick and his family are Minnesota natives and are proud to provide top-quality, compassionate home care services for individuals in Edina, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Richfield and South Minneapolis!

Monica Bertrand

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Monica has been a part of the Home Instead team since 2014 as a CAREGiver and as a Recruiter for two different franchise offices. She has over 25 years of healthcare experience and is honored to assist the aging population, especially individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia. Monica enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching documentaries, exploring new hiking trails and traveling to warm weather destinations.

Melissa has worked for Home Instead-Edina since 2008 as a CAREGiver and as Staffing Coordinator. Melissa truly enjoys helping others and the opportunity to care for the aging population! Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family, fishing and boating, exploring Northern Minnesota, decorating for each season and hanging out on her deck at home.

Jill started working for Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2008 and as Training Coordinator in 2019. Jill's practical, direct care knowledge and experience, make her a valuable source of information to our new CAREGivers! Jill is married, with one daughter, one step-daughter and two beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Amy has been part of the Home Instead family since 2011, bringing years of experience and a creative eye from her background in production supervision and photography. She is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care, always going the extra mile to make clients feel valued and supported. Outside of work, Amy's vibrant personality shines through her many interests from gardening, camping, and hiking to cheering on her favorite football team the Minnesota Vikings (SKOL). When she's not spending time outdoors or singing along to her favorite tunes, you'll likely find her enjoying the company of her pets or sharing a cup of coffee and good conversation with friends.

Matthew Boelter is a Minnesota Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and a Nationally Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 14 years of experience serving the elderly population. A graduate of St. Cloud State University with a background in biology, Matthew has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families stay connected through better hearing and compassionate care.

Rachael spent 20 years in the home remodeling business, both in sales and marketing as well as project management. In a quest for meaningful work and a new career change, Rachael joined Home Instead as a caregiver before switching rolls to a full time Home Care Consultant. Rachael loves connecting with people and is excited about all this role has to offer.

Amy brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, specializing in senior care and community/public health. Her background spans a variety of settings, including non-profit organizations and local and state government agencies. Outside of work, Amy enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband, three sons, and three bonus daughters. In her free time, she loves cheering on her children at sporting events, attending live music and community gatherings, and volunteering alongside her beloved golden doodles.
