What You’ll Do
- Coordinate client and caregiver schedules to ensure consistent care
- Answer calls and provide professional, compassionate customer service
- Quickly respond to call-offs and fill shifts efficiently
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to solve problems and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
- Support new client inquiries and office operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in scheduling, staffing, customer service, or healthcare preferred
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent + valid driver’s license
