Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Objective:

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of Care Professionals, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to provide our clients with top-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies both online and within the community to attract diverse candidates.
  • Connect: Schedule and conduct professional and efficient applicant interviews.
  • Screen: Conduct thorough reference checks, criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug screens for all CAREGivers in line with Home Instead Standards.
  • Onboard: Create and maintain accurate employment records, including I-9 forms, W-4 forms, and all related documentation.
  • Train: Schedule and facilitate CAREGiver orientation and ongoing training, ensuring compliance with Home Instead standards.
  • Evaluate: Regularly update orientation and training materials to reflect best practices and enhance the onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruiting and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Work Location: In-person at our Home Instead office.
