Chris & Cheri Irons

Chris & Cheri Irons

Owners

More than 30 years ago, Chris and Cheri Irons had a lifechanging experience while helping care for Cheri's ailing grandmother. "That experience showed us how vital in-home care is for seniors to thrive as their health declines," says Chris. Inspired to make a difference, they discovered Home Instead in 1996-a franchise dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through compassionate, well-trained CAREGivers. It was the perfect fit, a business model based on the core value of compassion Today, their Home Instead franchise continues to thrive, with locations in Noblesville, Lafayette, and Lebanon, Indiana, as well as Holland, Michigan. "The rewards in this business are immeasurable," Chris states. "We are fortunate to have an incredible team of dedicated CAREGivers and office staff who are making a real difference-helping clients remain safe, independent, and supported in the comfort of their own homes."
