Barb has 10 years of experience in leadership, volunteer work, and fundraising, after which she worked for AVON Inc. as a District Sales Manager. She began her Home Instead career in 2008 as a caregiver and has experience in all aspects of the office and field work. Barb loves working with Home Instead, a world-class company, whose mission is to enhance the lives of seniors and their families.

I worked in IT as a Business Systems Analyst partnering with the Global Finance Division at Amway Corporation. I retired the Fall of 2021 after 34 years of service. I wanted to do something that was more personally fulfilling. Home Instead provides just that, the ability to help others (caregivers, clients, office staff, etc). I truly feel like I'm making a difference. In my free time, I enjoy socializing with my family and friends, finding hidden gem restaurants/taverns, reading and boating.
