Position Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator to recruit, train, and support exceptional caregivers. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to thoughtfully match caregivers with clients, fostering meaningful relationships and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers
- Post job advertisements, source candidates, and manage applicant pipelines
- Conduct interviews, screenings, and reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding, including orientation, compliance, and employment documentation.
- Train and support incoming caregivers
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement initiatives and programs that improve caregiver satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregiver support, concerns, and feedback
- Coordinate training sessions, recognition programs, and team communications
- Monitor employee performance and collaborate with management to support accountability and continuous improvement.
Operations Support
- Collaborate closely with scheduling staff to ensure staffing needs are met
- Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry standards
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, employee retention, client care, or a related field required
- Healthcare or home care environment preferred, but not required
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Knowledge of employment standards and healthcare staffing regulations is helpful, but not required.
