Teri Jordan

General Manager

Teri has been with Home Instead for over three years and has served as General Manager of the Detroit office since 2024. She oversees franchise growth while strengthening connections with clients, families, and the local community. Passionate about senior care, she serves as a helpful resource for families navigating aging-related needs. Outside of work, she enjoys sunshine, water, and spending time with her husband. She's a daily Starbucks regular, a proud mom to her 19-year-old son, and a cat lover with more feline friends than she cares to admit.

Pamela Burm

Field Supervisor

Pam joined the Home Instead team in 2015 as an in-home Caregiver. She knew immediately she found the right fit. Knowing that her assistance enabled a client to stay in their home was deeply satisfying and rewarding. In 2019 Pam was promoted to a Field Supervisor role and her responsibilities expanded to introducing CAREGivers to clients, quality assurance visits, as well as training and supervision of CAREGivers while in their clients' homes. This field supervision has been instrumental in customizing care and conquering obstacles. During her free time, she enjoys her three children and two grandsons.
