Owners
Amy & Tom are a solid team, being married for over 30 years. Amy has worked with our older adult population for 25 years, they are her passion. Tom has been a successful business owner in his own right for 17 years. Tom's expertise and skillset allows him to wear many different hats at Home Instead. Amy is also a Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association and facilitates Dementia Support Groups for our Community.
General Manager
Melissa is the glue that holds our team together! She has been with Home Instead for 4 years and instrumental in assisting our client's and family members, our Care Professionals and our office team. Dani has been on our Team for 3 years and she plays an intricate role that ensures we here at Home Instead are following the employment laws in addition to processing our payroll and receivables. Home Care Consultant
We are thrilled to have Tamara join our Home Instead Team as our Home Care Consultant! She comes with many years' experience in working with the older adult population, she is kind and has a great laugh! Tamara effectively assesses our client's and family needs, develops personalized care plans and coordinates with our Care Professionals to ensure quality care and client satisfaction. Registered Nurse and Director of Nurse Directed Services
Jamie comes to us with many years of experience in Home Care and as a Charge Nurse working with the older adult population. Jamie will provide medication management, foot and nail care, catheter care and replacement, wound care, Hospice support training for our Care Professionals. We are thrilled to have Carmen on our Team as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Carmen has a wonderful, positive attitude and enjoys meeting Home Instead Care Professional applicants. Kennedy supports our office team in many ways! She plays an important role in completing our company's daily operations. On Call Supervisor
Kim moved to New England over twenty years ago and has since moved back to her native Kentucky, where she leads a full, rich life with her husband and dog and cats, enjoying camping, nature walks, gardening, sewing and crafting, singing and playing the guitar. Kim has been a caregiver all of her life, and in particular enjoys providing hospice care to those in need. Kim was a CAREGiver for Home Instead for many years and now remotely manages our after-hours Emergency On Call and assists with scheduling. Emergency helpline: 207.251.8299

Jean's business background has transferred well to Home Instead with her commitment to our clients. Her attention to detail comes through in finding appropriate matches of CAREGivers and clients when scheduling. You will find Jean's personality engaging, upbeat and always friendly.
