She's passionate about creating systems that work, supporting staff, and making sure every client receives care that's not only professional but truly compassionate. Amara believes great care starts with strong foundations-and she's here to make that happen every day. Outside of work, she enjoys roller skating, gardening, and cooking, finding joy in both staying active and creating things that bring people together.

Jel helps keep the office running smoothly by handling administrative tasks, pre-screening applicants, and supporting the onboarding process for new Care Professionals. With strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, she ensures that the behind-the-scenes work is taken care of so the team can stay focused on providing excellent care. She enjoys creating order out of the busy day-to-day operations and being a reliable point of support for both the office staff and incoming caregivers, believing that when the foundation of the team is organized and supported, caregivers can do their best work and clients can receive the quality care they deserve.

Yve is the force behind the office calendar, where she manages schedules with reliability. Her background in revenue cycle management and patient advocacy makes her a dependable anchor where she knows that a perfectly balanced schedule is the key to providing consistent, high-quality care. By coordinating these operational flow, Yve creates the essential bridge that allows caregivers to excel and ensures clients feel truly supported. Outside of work, Yve is a firm believer in the connection between a healthy body and a sharp mind. She prioritizes her wellbeing by engaging in regular physical activities and challenging herself with mind games. Liz currently serves as a Select Board member for the Town of Stockton Springs, working on various committees as the Select Board liaison, and also serves on the Waldo County Budget Committee. Before moving to Maine, she spent 16 years in HR for a large landscaping company, where she enjoyed building meaningful relationships with both clients and employees. She has also managed and directed daily operations in fast-paced business environments. Before becoming part of the Home Instead team, Liz worked as a Care Pro, giving her valuable firsthand experience in caregiving. She holds both a PSS certificate and training in dementia care, which strengthen her ability to support clients and families with knowledge, compassion, and understanding. Liz is a mother of three, with two daughters still at home. Outside of work, she is passionate about equine rescue-especially donkeys-and over the years has been fortunate to help save 32. She believes that making a meaningful contribution in someone's life is a true gift.

Wendy is a dedicated Client Care Coordinator with an extensive background in homecare. With experience in Alzheimer's, dementia, and hospice care, she understands the importance of patience, empathy, and clear communication when helping clients and their families navigate challenging situations. She holds a degree in Legal Support and Services, which compliments her passion for advocating for the safety, dignity, and rights of vulnerable populations. Wendy excels in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that prioritize client safety, comfort, and quality of life. Her attention to detail and approachable nature allows her to build trusting relationships with not only her clients but their families and care teams as well. She is committed to continually seeking innovative approaches to improve care delivery and support systems, believing deeply in fostering an environment where every client feels valued.
