General Manager

Angela Brunson Bartlett, General Manager, joined the Home Instead team in 2002. She leads our organization’s care initiatives and manages our daily operations. With a degree in Sociology, Angela works with community and industry partners to promote the importance of client-centric nonmedical care. Angela enjoys traveling, gardening, and photographing bugs. If you have questions regarding the type of care you are receiving or how we can better serve you and your family, Angela can help.

Kathryn Pashapour, Director of Client Care Management, came to Home Instead in August of 2016 with 25+ years of accounting and management experience. Kathy leads the Client Care Management team, ensuring that clients are receiving the highest qualityof care and, as their needs change, Kathy ensures all ofHome Instead’s resources are engaged and available to help. Kathy loves watching movies, gardening, hanging out at the beach and playing with her pets.

Chelsea Clain, Director of Human Resources and Engagement, has been part of the Home Instead family since 2018, serving in a variety of roles. With a background in psychology, operations, and human resources, Chelsea is passionate about supporting employees, building strong teams, and creating a positive workplace where people are valued. Chelsea enjoys find new adventures with her family.

Senior Client Care Manager

Lisa Johnson, Senior Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in November 2018 asa Care Pro with many years of experience caring for seniors. Lisa’s willingness to jump in and help proved to be invaluable assets. Lisa provides daily guidance to our Client Care Management team members and assists with the placement and supervision of the Care Pros for both Personal Care and Companion clients. She is responsible for the overall case management and communication between client, CarePro, and family. Lisa enjoys learning about the history of America’s small towns.

Home Care Consultant

Sarah Paquette,Home Care Consultant, joined the Home Instead team in 2025. Tasked with developing our Sturbridge area market, Sarah develops relationships with community partners and educates professionals and families on how home care services can assist those to remain where they want to be most, home instead. Sarah began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked as a Care Coordinator for 8 years before joining our team. Sarah enjoys traveling and the beach. She spends her free time with her family, watching sports and playing games.

Client Care Advisor

Adiel Gutierrez, Client CareAdvisor, joined Home Instead in 2026 with many years of experience in the senior care industry. Adiel conducts initial client care consultations and develops plans of care to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and families. Before working in elder care, Adiel was a preschool and K-1 teacher for 20 years. She's a self described boy mom, enjoying sci-fi and robots.

Billing and Payroll Coordinator

Brenda Orellana, Billing and Payroll Coordinator, joined Home Instead in February 2020 as a CarePro. Brenda’s experience in medical billing and book keeping was a perfect fit for our administrative team. Brenda is responsible for client invoicing and Care Pro payroll. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and loves to camp. The ocean is her “happy place”. If you have any questions regarding your invoice or your long-term care benefits, or you are a Care Pro with a payroll question, Brenda can help.

Ana V. Hyacinthe Russo, Recruitment Coordinator, joined Home Instead in 2015 as an overnight Care Professional while raising her young children. She transitioned into her current role as Recruitment Coordinator for our Sturbridge office in 2025. Ana is dedicated to recruiting and screening exceptional Care Professionals who serve the Sturbridge area and surrounding communities, and she brings enthusiasm, warmth, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Arissa A of Home Instead Sturbridge provides heart-led support rooted in years of life experience. Arissa comes to us with a background in cna, and worked in a nursing home prior to working with homeinstead. With ~4 years at Home Instead, Arissa has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

For Arissa, the reward is in the connection. "I love the connection. I enjoy hearing their stories, and seeing them happy," Arissa shares. Through these shared moments, Arissa has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "The biggest lesson I have learned from clients is the virtue of patience, second working with the elderly is a privilege. They will tell you many things about how to live a fulfilling life- and a lot of it is to "slow down" and enjoy it. Life is short."

Arissa's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in dementia and personal care, Arissa finds joy in the details of each visit. "Connecting with clients and their families," Arissa says of a typical day.

Arissa praises the local team for their dedication and communication. "We are very close knit- like family. This makes it very easy to work together. We also treat clients as if they are family," Arissa notes. "We are very good at getting out into the community, and connecting with new people."
