Willie J. Sanders, Jr., took ownership of the Home Instead Senior Care office on the South Shore of Massachusetts in 2019. The path that led Willie to becoming a Home Instead Senior Care owner includes an extensive career in the Long-Term Care insurance Industry, specifically as it pertains to Operations, Claims Management and Client Services. When a family needed help with an ailing loved one, they called his team to help them navigate the care and service options available to them. Willie's business background coupled with his personal experience and overall desire to support people, during their time of need, helps him and his staff provide superior service to seniors in their homes. Willie's goal is to help our seniors and loved ones stay at home for as long as possible and as comfortably as possible. The Home Instead Senior Care office on the South Shore also focuses on supporting our senior's primary caregivers, which are their family members. We recognize how very important the needs of those family members are and that the care and services we provide to their loved ones also serves as comfort and peace of mind for them. Krista Cannistraro Joined Home Instead in September 2021. She has been a CNA for 14 years and loves working with, and caring for, the memory impaired and all seniors to help them maintain their quality of life. She worked her way into Administration and Clinical roles within different specialties. A big goal for her has always been to make sure seniors are able to stay safe and comfortable in their homes. She understands the tremendous comfort that the families and Clients feel when they realize that staying at home is a viable option for them. She truly aspires to make, and keep, our Clients and their wonderful CAREGivers happy. Coming from a Caregiving background, she understands that both sides can have their own unique challenges. Krista works diligently to make things seamless for all, by finding the best possible matches which in turn helps the Clients and their families to remain comfortable at home and have continuity of Care. Krista is married with 2 amazing sons and a dog. In her free time, she likes to be outdoors and spends time with her family. For her, it's the little things that bring her the most joy.

Staffing & Scheduling Coordinator and Recruitment

Danna joined Home Instead in September 2025 as a Scheduling Coordinator. With a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, she brings years of experience in people-focused roles where communication, coordination, and relationship-building have always been at the heart of her work. Before joining Home Instead, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Recruiter, and HR Assistant, where she honed her skills in candidate sourcing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth processes for both clients and team members. Danna is passionate about helping people and finds fulfillment in creating meaningful connections. Her goal is to make a positive impact each day by ensuring that Clients and Caregivers are well-supported and that scheduling runs seamlessly. She believes that clear communication and genuine care are key to maintaining comfort and trust for everyone involved. Outside of work, Danna enjoys staying active. She loves playing golf and pickleball, and she's also an avid freediver and hiker. Whether she's on the court, underwater, or out on a trail, she finds joy in exploring and challenging herself through the activities she loves.

Engagement Coordinator

Kim has been part of the Home Instead world since 2005 where she started out as a CAREGiver. In 2015 she was taken out of the field and moved into an administrative role in the Cape Cod office where she was responsible for Client Care management and coordination, new account development, and training and coaching Care Professionals. In September of 2023 we were lucky enough to have Kim join our team and bring her skills and experience with her. She brings a personal touch with her as she is also a caregiver for a family member on a daily basis and understands what is needed to keep loved ones safe at home. Kim strives to provide the same level of care to others that she'd expect for her own loved ones. Kim resides in Mashpee with her husband and her Aunt. Family is very important to her, and she enjoys every moment spent with her three daughters, their husbands, and her grandchildren!
