Deb Allen

Deb Allen

Client Care Manager

Deb joined Home Instead in 2025. She started her career as a labor and delivery nurse for 8 years. Her first "job" at age 11 was being a companion for an elderly woman who did not have any local family in the area. She learned a lot that summer and it sparked her interest in working in healthcare. Deb's mother in law was diagnosed with early onset dementia at age 55, and this experience gave her the confidence to pursue a nursing career, first as an LPN, then RN, and finally completing her BSN all while working and raising a family. She is the eldest of four and grew up in the Berkshires and married her high school sweetheart, Jim in 1986 and have two adult children, Andrew and Alexandra as well as a wonderful son-in-law, Max. In her free time she enjoys traveling, quilting, and boating with her husband and fox red lab, Ruby. [email protected]
