Angela Brunson Bartlett, General Manager, joined the Home Instead team in 2002. She leads our organization’s care initiatives and manages our daily operations. With a degree in Sociology, Angela works with community and industry partners to promote the importance of client-centric nonmedical care. Angela enjoys traveling, gardening, and photographing bugs. Kathryn Pashapour, Director of Client Care Management, came to Home Instead in August of 2016 with 25+ years of accounting and management experience. Kathy leads the Client Care Management team, ensuring that clients are receiving the highest qualityof care and, as their needs change, Kathy ensures all ofHome Instead’s resources are engaged and available to help. Kathy loves watching movies, gardening, hanging out at the beach and playing with her pets.

Chelsea Clain, Director of Human Resources and Engagement, has been part of the Home Instead family since 2018, serving in a variety of roles. With a background in psychology, operations, and human resources, Chelsea is passionate about supporting employees, building strong teams, and creating a positive workplace where people are valued. Chelsea enjoys find new adventures with her family.

Lisa Johnson, Senior Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in November 2018 asa Care Pro with many years of experience caring for seniors. Lisa’s willingness to jump in and help proved to be invaluable assets. Lisa provides daily guidance to our Client Care Management team members and assists with the placement and supervision of the Care Pros for both Personal Care and Companion clients. She is responsible for the overall case management and communication between client, CarePro, and family. Lisa enjoys learning about the history of America’s small towns.

Sarah Paquette,Home Care Consultant, joined the Home Instead team in 2025. Tasked with developing our Sturbridge area market, Sarah develops relationships with community partners and educates professionals and families on how home care services can assist those to remain where they want to be most, home instead. Sarah began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked as a Care Coordinator for 8 years before joining our team. Sarah enjoys traveling and the beach. She spends her free time with her family, watching sports and playing games.

Adiel Gutierrez, Client CareAdvisor, joined Home Instead in 2026 with many years of experience in the senior care industry. Adiel conducts initial client care consultations and develops plans of care to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and families. Before working in elder care, Adiel was a preschool and K-1 teacher for 20 years. She's a self described boy mom, enjoying sci-fi and robots.

Brenda Orellana, Billing and Payroll Coordinator, joined Home Instead in February 2020 as a CarePro. Brenda’s experience in medical billing and book keeping was a perfect fit for our administrative team. Brenda is responsible for client invoicing and Care Pro payroll. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and loves to camp. The ocean is her “happy place”. Ana V. Hyacinthe Russo, Recruitment Coordinator, joined Home Instead in 2015 as an overnight Care Professional while raising her young children. She transitioned into her current role as Recruitment Coordinator for our Sturbridge office in 2025. Ana is dedicated to recruiting and screening exceptional Care Professionals who serve the Sturbridge area and surrounding communities, and she brings enthusiasm, warmth, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
