Angela Brunson Bartlett

General Manager

Angela Brunson Bartlett, General Manager, joined the Home Instead team in 2002. She leads our organization's care initiatives and manages our daily operations. With a degree in Sociology, Angela works with community and industry partners to promote the importance of client-centric nonmedical care. Angela enjoys traveling, gardening, and photographing bugs. Brenda Orellana

Billing and Payroll Coordinator

Brenda Orellana, Billing and Payroll Coordinator, joined Home Instead in February 2020 as a Care Pro. Brenda's experience in medical billing and bookkeeping was a perfect fit for our administrative team. Brenda is responsible for client invoicing and Care Pro payroll. Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and loves to camp. The ocean is her "happy place". Home Care Consultant

Kelley Gallo, Home Care Consultant, joined the Home Instead team in 2020 as a Care Pro, after many years of business-to- business marketing and consultative sales experience. Kelley assists all potential new clients and their families, helping to educate them on our services and being a resource for care solutions. Kelley works with community partners to develop a network of likeminded companies focused on high-quality client care. Kelley enjoys reading mystery novels and playing tennis. Deborah Potty

LPN - Clinical Client Care Manager

Deborah Potty, LPN, Clinical Client Care Manager, came to Home Instead in 2009 after 35+ years of nursing experience in acute care hospital settings and a strong background in orthopedics. Deb conducts initial client assessments and develops plans of care to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and their families. Additionally, Deb supervises our Personal Care Team and performs Quality Assurance checks ins. Deb is an avid reader and loves the beach. Amanda Williams

Director of Recruitment & Engagement

Amanda Williams, Director of Recruitment and Retention, joined Home Instead as a Client Care Manager in 2014. She was promoted to her current position in September 2018 after completing her Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. She works to recruit, screen, hire and retain the highest-quality Care Pros. Amanda enjoys traveling and is a cheerleading coach for teens. Ann Mazzola

Ann Mazzola

RN - Nurse Educator

Ann Mazzola, RN, joined us in 2012 after a career in health education. As our Clinical Nurse Educator and Care Manager, Ann teaches our Personal Care Homemaker course as well as other clinical skills classes, and conducts Companion and Personal Care Assessments. With her degree in Health Education, Ann is also actively engaged in community outreach and conducts informational seminars on aging, nutrition and other health-related topics. Ann is a voracious reader and loves working out and playing the piano and guitar. Kathy Pashapour

Director of Client Care Management

Kathryn Pashapour, Director of Client Care Management, came to Home Instead in August of 2016 with 25+ years of accounting and management experience. Kathy is the lead Client Care Manager, ensuring that clients are receiving the highest quality of care and, as their needs change, Kathy ensures all of Home Instead's resources are engaged and available to help. Kathy loves watching movies, gardening, hanging out at the beach and playing with her pets. Lisa Johnson

Senior Client Care Manager

Lisa Johnson, Senior Client Care Manager, joined Home Instead in November 2018 as a Care Pro with many years of experience caring for seniors. Lisa's willingness to jump in and help proved to be invaluable assets. Lisa assists with the placement and supervision of the Care Pros for both Personal Care and Companion clients. She is responsible for the overall case management and communication between client, Care Pro, and family. Lisa enjoys learning about the history of America's small towns.
