Debbie is the proud owner of Home Instead Bristol County MA. She opened her doors in 2005 with a deep passion for helping seniors remain in their homes. Now entering her 20 th year in business, she has serviced thousands of clients in the greater Attleboro area and experienced deep satisfaction with helping seniors navigate the health care system and understand the options available to them. Debbie helped her own parents through their elder years. She saw firsthand what was important in the home. In 2017, Debbie's mother, Pat, passed away and in 2025 her father, Joe, passed away. Home Instead Care Pro's helped care for both Debbie's Mom and Dad. Debbie resides in Dighton, MA. Debbie's daughters, Ashley & Spencer have spent years in the business too and enjoy being part of caring for seniors. In her free time, Debbie enjoys traveling, painting, swimming, and cookouts with her children and grandchildren, and being outdoors. *Debbie and her Dad!

Managing Director

Spencer Nichols began working as the General Manager at Home Instead Senior Care in June 2017 and transitioned into the role of Managing Director. Spencer is the daughter of Franchise Owner, Debra Nichols. Spencer has her Masters in Special Education from Bridgewater State University. Previously, Spencer worked as a Program Coordinator in Adult Day Habilitation programs. Spencer also provided in home care to multiple families and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She currently lives in Raynham with her two children.

Sabrina DaRosa

Operations Manager

Sabrina started as Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator in April 2022 and then in September 2025 she moved into the role of Operations Manager. Sabrina has experience working in a long-term care facility. Her experience ranges from activity coordinator for a dementia unit, staffing and on-boarding coordinator, and Admissions Coordinator. Sabrina attended Rhode Island College and received a Bachelor's in Psychology. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys yoga, cooking, and traveling.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Fritza began her career in healthcare as a Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support. Her dedication and professionalism led her to transition into the Human Resources field, serving as a Corporate Recruiter. Fritza's passion for healthcare and leadership inspired her to further her education. She earned her nursing degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) and later completed a dual bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and Administration. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Fritza is a devoted daughter, wife, and mother, known for her compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence in every aspect of her life.

Robin Silver- Scheduler

Robin has been a scheduler with Home Instead for over 8 years. She is passionate about building relationships with the Care Professionals, clients, and their families. Robin is also a dedicated and loving daughter, mother, and grandmother. Robin's desk is filled with pictures of her grandkids and her two dogs!

Katelyn Pina

Client Care Coordinator

Katelyn has been working as a Caregiver with Home Instead since 2021. Then in October 2025 Katelyn took on the role of Client Care Coordinator. Katelyn enjoys getting to know all of the clients, their families, and of course the Caregivers. In her Client Care role, Katelyn meets with new clients to create and update care plans as well as works with caregivers to make sure they feel supported when working with clients.

Adriana Munoz

On Call Coordinator

Adriana joined Home Instead in June 2021 as the On-Call Coordinator. Adriana has an Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration and has worked in home health care for the last 11 years. She understands the importance of providing excellent care and communication to our clients and caregivers.
