David and Jessica started Home Instead Senior Care 18 years ago after meeting at Louisiana State University while pursuing their Masters of Business Administration, MBA. We opened the doors to our office in the summer of 2002, excited to live out our mission: To honor God in all we do with a commitment to supporting CAREGiver's while providing the highest-quality of service to aging adults of the Bayou Region. We proudly operate in the downtown Houma and New Iberia locations, fun fact 99% of our management and support team are women! Our office staff focuses on providing the top care and support to our beloved clients.

General Manager

Jessica Ditch joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2018 and has really enjoyed the transition from public company accounting and finance work, to working with our wonderful clients, caregivers, and team. "Our focus is our clients and our passion is our work, you can't ask for a more rewarding combination". Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Economics from Millsaps College and received a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Jessica's prior work history is focused in the Internal Audit area with International Business Machines (IBM) and Bristow Group. Additional positions include Global Asset Manager as well as SAP Team Lead and Special Project Manager. Jessica is excited to bring her passion for helping others and making a difference in people lives to her everyday work. Outside of Home Instead, Jessica is a dedicated mother to three beautiful children and married to her college sweetheart and co-owner David Ditch. She is an active volunteer in her community and has received such awards as Citizen of the Year and Top 20 under 40 for her leadership in helping others.

Holly LeBlanc Gaudet

Business Development Manager/RN

Holly LeBlanc Gaudet is our team's Business Development Manager in the Houma/Bayou Region branch of Home Instead and is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree from Nicholls State University and over 28 years of diverse clinical experience. She has worked across multiple healthcare settings in both direct patient care and nursing leadership roles including Emergency Room nursing, PACU (recovery room) nursing, Same Day Surgery care, Inpatient Rehab care, nursing education, healthcare marketing, and clinical informatics. Holly is a lifelong resident of Pierre Part, LA and is the proud mother of twin boys! She strongly values a commitment to family and to helping others in her community with their care management needs. She is a dedicated patient advocate working diligently to provide patients and their families with care and resources to assist them in life's journey of aging and management of their medical and psychosocial needs. She is especially passionate about helping the seniors and veterans in the bayou region tap into the resources available to them for assistance with their activities of daily living and with the care needed to support a lifestyle that will maintain their highest level of independence as they age. She initiates and leads care collaboration efforts with other healthcare providers and organizations within our service area to develop unique and multidisciplinary care approaches to ensure the individual needs of patients and their families are met and quality care is maintained.

Service Manager

Brianna is a Louisiana native, who grew up in New Iberia, LA and graduated from St. Martinville Senior High School. She is the mother of four amazing children and enjoys spending time with them. Brianna began her journey with Home Instead, Bayou Region in the fall of 2019 as our Client Service Coordinator, bringing with her over ten years of Senior Care, Client Management, and Scheduling experience. She has expanded in her role and now serves as our Client Service manager. She is pleased to be a part of such as amazing team, "that truly cares about each other and the clients". Brianna enjoys interacting with teammates, Care pros, and clients, daily, focusing on building long lasting relationships with them.

Christel Hicks

Home Care and Office Manager

Christel Hicks is our Office and Home Care Manager in the New Iberia, Jeanerette and Franklin territory of Home Instead to assist potential and current clients of the bayou region. Christel is a resident of Morgan City, LA and is married with three daughters and two grandchildren. She is a licensed Registered Respiratory therapist obtaining her degree from Nicholls State University. She joins us with 25 years of a variety of hospital clinical experience including the field of respiratory therapy, Clinical Informatics, and Case Management. Christel is looking forward to assisting clients with safe and quality care in their home.

Amber Ward

Assistant General Manager

Amber is a Louisiana native who has spent her life in the Houma-Thibodaux area. She joined Home Instead in 2019 as an On-Call Coordinator and has since grown into her role as Assistant General Manager for the multi-office franchise, serving the Bayou Region. Amber is passionate about the work Home Instead does and the impact it has on local families. She values building genuine relationships-with clients, their loved ones, and the Care Pros who serve them each day-and takes pride in being part of a team that provides dependable, compassionate care to the aging community. Her approach is grounded in consistency, trust, and a deep respect for the people she works with and serves. She believes that strong care starts with strong connections, and she is committed to helping foster an environment where both clients and team members feel supported. Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and their goldendoodle, Duchess. She especially loves cooking and making time for family.

Engagement Manager and Scheduling Coordinator

LaDanna is a Louisiana native. She is married with a blended family of 5 children and 4 grandchildren. She is a Certified CPR Instructor. She joins us with vast knowledge in many areas of the healthcare/client service field. LaDanna loves helping others and has a heart of gold. She's excited to be apart of a thoughtful, hardworking team and enjoys working in a team oriented atmosphere. "Team work makes the dream work".

Client Care Manager.

Lisa Lambert Adams is our Client Care Manager in the Houma Office. She joined our team in 2024 and her priority is to maintain the highest quality of care of our clients. She is a resident of Bourg Louisiana and graduated from South Terrebonne High School. She is married and is a mother of 2 wonderful girls! She has worked as a Patient Care Representative in Home Health and Hospice for 18 years. Her experience has taught her that the best place to receive care is in YOUR HOME. This is why she is very passionate about doing what can be done to keep our clients in their home. She is very proud to be a part of a team that is devoted to excellence in care!
