Following High School, Crystal continued her education in Nursing at Southern University. Crystal is now a resident of Lafayette, LA and is the mother of son, JaKyre and her daughter, Destini. Preceding her career with the Home Instead Lafayette team, Crystal had worked in an accounting position for five years. The senior care industry was a new and different atmosphere than her prior role, but she proved to be well-suited for the Service Coordinator position and thrived! Her ample knowledge and insight of Home Instead Lafayette has resulted in efficiencies within the office and client satisfaction, which is her first priority. Crystal says she cherishes the relationships she has developed with the CAREGivers, Clients, and the Client's families.
