​After completing an enlistment in the U.S. Army for 5 years, Vincent became a Police officer in Pineville La and retired after 12 years of service. Vincent has a strong dedication and willingness to service his community. He is a Christian and enjoys spending time riding his horse with his wife and daughter.

Kasandra Potito

Since early 2012, Kasandra has served as the general manager for the Alexandria office. She worked at an accounting firm for ten years before joining the Home Instead family. She has a huge heart and a great passion for the elderly. Kasandra also enjoys spending time with her husband and three precious children. We are so blessed to have her as a part of our team!

Candace is a native of Pineville, La. She grew up helping take care of her great grandmother. This inspired her to want to take care of others. Candace started with us as a CareGiver and was promoted to Office Coordinator in the fall of 2019. In her free time she enjoys painting and says that her family time is the most important time for her.

Ronnie Aycock

Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Ronnie grew up in Pineville, LA and graduated from Pineville High and Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree of Business Management. He has spent the last five years as a Supervisor in the Wood Manufacturing Industry. Ronnie is a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Pineville and actively participates in leadership and mission work. Ronnie is an avid sports fan and in his free time, he and his wife, Kali, love to travel and spend time with their dog, Allie.
