Monica holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She began her career in cardiac rehab and later worked with over sixty faith communities as a liaison between the hospital system and parish nurses and health ministers. She has spent many years as an executive director in senior living communities, specifically memory care, winning awards for best practices. Monica is very passionate about her work with older adults and is best known for her work in whole- person wellness. She has spoken both locally and nationally and participated in several articles on the topic. Creating a culture of whole-person wellness is a core value for Monica. Meeting people where they are in their journey, anticipating their needs, providing guidance and support, and having a positive approach is what Monica does best. In her free time, Monica looks forward to hanging out with family and friends. She enjoys the simple things in life, especially laughing and having fun with her grandchildren.

As the Scheduling Manager at Home Instead, Shamieka enjoys connecting with clients, their families, and Care Professionals to help ensure everyone receives the support they need. Building strong relationships and making a positive impact in the lives of others is the most rewarding part of her work. Outside of work, Shamieka is a wife, parent, and proud pet parent. She enjoys couponing, traveling, and spending quality time with family, which is at the center of everything she does.

As the Client Care Coordinator, Tiffany is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care and support. Her responsibilities include conducting care consultations, completing regular quality assurance visits, and continuously evaluating clients' needs to keep care plans current and effective. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and their families while helping ensure they receive personalized care that promotes their well-being and independence. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys reading, shopping, staying active, and spending quality time with her four daughters, who are her greatest joy and motivation.

As a Client Care Coordinator, Bria cherishes building genuine relationships with clients. She finds it incredibly rewarding to get to know each person beyond their experience with Home Instead, learning about their lives, hearing their stories, and creating meaningful connections. Bria values the trust her clients place in her and enjoys sharing a little about her own life as those relationships grow. Outside of work, Bria's greatest passions are her family, her plants, and her two dogs. She has an ever-growing plant collection that she loves caring for—so many that she has lost count!

Renata serves as the Human Resources Manager, where she focuses on employee relations, recruiting, hiring, retention, and training and development. She is passionate about building strong teams and creating a positive work environment where employees feel supported and have opportunities to grow. What Renata enjoys most about her work is connecting with people and helping them succeed. Whether she's bringing in new talent, supporting employees, or contributing to a positive workplace culture, she values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to different countries, shopping, and spending time with her two dogs.

As a Recruiter, Faith is passionate about connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities. She enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and helping create positive hiring experiences while supporting both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Faith enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, discovering new music, and volunteering with nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact in the community. These experiences keep her inspired both personally and professionally.

Melissa has been a member of the Home Instead team since April 2024. She is passionate about serving older adults and supporting mental health, and her favorite part of her role is finding the ideal match between clients and Care Professionals to create meaningful, lasting relationships. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Travis is new to the home care industry and is focused on helping families find the right support to keep their loved ones safe, comfortable, and independent at home. He works to build strong relationships with clients and tailor care solutions to meet each family’s unique needs while connecting them with helpful resources and guidance. At Home Instead, we believe in treating every client like family, and Travis brings that mindset into his work. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sharon, and their two sons, Trent and Jacob.
