Weekend Caregiver (Saturday & Sunday)

At Home Instead Louisville, we understand that everyone's schedule is different. We're currently seeking compassionate Weekend Care Professionals who are available to work every Saturday and Sunday to provide exceptional one-on-one care to seniors in their homes.

Weekend Shift Opportunities

We are hiring caregivers who are available every weekend.

Weekend shifts may include:

• Morning Shifts
• Afternoon Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts

We will match you with clients based on your availability and experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a compassionate and dependable attitude
• Enjoys helping seniors remain independent
• Provides excellent customer service
• Maintains accurate documentation
• Communicates effectively with clients, families, and office staff
• Is willing to work every weekend

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Weekend Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour
• Employee Referral Bonus: $250
• Holiday Pay

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work with all clients without restrictions
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Dependable, compassionate, and punctual
