• Full-time and part-time positions

What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with Hoyer lift transfers and other mobility equipment

• Supporting clients with limited mobility or who require extensive assistance

• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and mobility

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Providing medication reminders

• Performing light housekeeping and laundry

• Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia

• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

What We're Looking For

Hoyer lift experience is strongly preferred for these positions.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience using a Hoyer lift or other mechanical transfer equipment

• Experience caring for seniors with limited mobility

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• A willingness to follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

• The ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes

Previous experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or rehabilitation facilities is a plus.
