Brittany

Brittany

Office Manager and Client Care Coordinator

I'm Brittany, and I serve as the Office Manager and Client Care Coordinator. I am often the first point of contact with our clients and their families, so I take a lot of pride in making sure everyone feels supported and heard. I'm someone who believes deeply in the power of kindness, clear communication, and consistency, especially when families trust us with something as important as their loved one's care. In my role, I get to support both our clients and the caregivers who walk beside them every day. I manage team members, keep our office running smoothly, and make sure each family feels truly supported from the very first phone call. What I love most about my work is the relationships I build-being a listening ear, offering reassurance, and helping families navigate moments that can feel overwhelming. At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: to make sure every person who reaches out to us feels valued, understood, and genuinely cared for. This work means a lot to me, and I'm grateful every day to play a part in helping our local individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. I grew up in LaPorte County and have spent most of my adult life working in senior care. I graduated in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in business management. I am a mother of 2 and share my life with a LaPorte County Firefighter. My free time is spent enjoying the outdoors, gardening, watching my kids play sports, and spending time with my own family.

Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator

As our Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator, I have the privilege of interviewing, hiring, and training each of our carepros, ensuring they are fully prepared to provide compassionate, high-quality care for our clients. My passion for senior care is deeply personal-I cared for my grandpa during his journey with Alzheimer's disease and later worked as a CNA, experiences that shaped my commitment to this field. At Home Instead, I'm grateful to not only make a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve, but also to support and encourage the incredible carepros who provide that care every day. Outside of work I enjoy spending my time crafting, I learned to sew and knit from my grandma, or spending time with my two cats, Lilly & Larry.

Lori

Lori

Service Coordinator

I'm Lori, the Service Coordinator at Home Instead, where I help coordinate schedules for our carepros and clients. In my free time, I enjoy cleaning the house with my son-it's our little bonding time-and doing small home projects like fixing or painting things around the house. I also relax by doing karaoke with my dog and cats as my audience (they don't really have a choice!). On Sunday mornings, I like watching my friends free-fly their cockatiels, and I'm hoping to get one soon. I'm also planning to start a small herb garden and set up a fish tank this year.

Marcee

Marcee

After-Hours Emergency Coordinator

My name is Marcee, and I serve as the After-Hours Emergency Coordinator, dedicated to upholding our Core Values and ensuring the highest quality of care outside regular office hours. I am a licensed Bachelor of Social Work and am currently pursuing my master's degree. I am also a proud parent of six bright and talented children. In my free time, I enjoy music and dance performance as well as gardening.

Kaye

Kaye

Admin Assistant

I'm Kaye, I'm Admin Assistant for Home Instead. I work as an admin supporting teams with tasks such as receiving and directing calls and assisting with daily operations behind the scenes. For fun, I enjoy discovering new cafés and trying different coffees, exploring new interests, and spending time with family and friends. At Home Instead, I feel a strong sense of belonging, and the values align with my goal of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Aaron Linden

Aaron Linden

Owner

I have a master's degree in mechanical engineering, and have worked for a Fortune 500 appliance manufacturer. I always craved for something more personal and to be able to help others out in a more tangible way. I have also always wanted my own business and have wondered how to provide better care for my grandparents than assisted living. This is that way and is my passion! I have been married to my wonderful wife, Kate, for 5 years and we have an amazing baby girl. I also love to work out and fix up my house. Please let me know if you have any questions or interest in Home Instead and I will be happy to assist you.

I worked in Corporate America for 26 years with positions of rising responsibility in sales, finance, accounting and operations. My expertise is in Supply Chain Operations including Forward and Reverse Logistics, Transportation, and Lean Sigma as well as Corporate Finance. I love Home Instead because it's the best non-medical home care provider in the industry, has an excellent reputation, and aligns with my values and beliefs. I'm really excited by the opportunity to give back to our community and help seniors age with dignity and comfort while being at home. I love spending time with my wife and 4 kids, traveling, skiing, and snow mobiling. I also like to work out.
