I have been in home care as a general manager for over 20 years and moved to Indiana to be an integral part of my granddaughters life. Jamie is a Business Development Advisor with Home Instead, where she is passionate about connecting seniors and their families with the resources and compassionate care they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. She partners with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, physicians, attorneys, and community organizations throughout Central Indiana to build lasting relationships and ensure families have access to quality home care when they need it most. Before joining Home Instead, Jamie dedicated 15 years to being a stay-at-home mom while also teaching at her daughter's preschool for 10 of those years. When the time came to return to the workforce full-time, she knew she wanted a career where she could combine her passion for helping others with her love of building meaningful relationships. Prior to that, Jamie spent 18 years with Trade Secret Salons. Beginning as a part-time Beauty Advisor while attending college, she steadily advanced through the company, serving as a Store Manager, Supervisor, and ultimately Regional Manager, where she oversaw operations across seven states. Her leadership experience, commitment to exceptional customer service, and ability to develop strong relationships have been invaluable throughout her career. Jamie is a graduate of Indiana State University, where she met her husband. This year, they are celebrating 25 years of marriage. Together, they enjoy spending time with their daughter and making memories through camping, boating, and other outdoor adventures. Jamie believes every family deserves guidance, support, and compassionate care during life's transitions. She enjoys educating the community about senior care options and serving as a trusted resource for families navigating the aging journey. As Business Development Advisor, Chris provides homecare navigation, advice, and consultation to various patients, families, and individuals in the Indianapolis area. He works closely with hospitals, doctors, rehabilitation facilities, and many other ancillary professionals in the area. As a caregiver for his elderly parents, he has a genuine passion and a lifelong desire to help those in need. He has experience in clinical exercise physiology (cardiac rehab), corporate wellness, skilled homecare, hospice, inpatient rehabilitation hospital, outpatient rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, and skilled nursing facilities. Chris is an Indianapolis native receiving his undergraduate degree from Marian College (now University), Indianapolis and clinical graduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is past President of Indiana Geriatrics Society and currently on the CAC Indiana Falls Prevention Coalition. Chris enjoys exercising outdoors, golfing, cooking, and spending time with family.

With 15 years of healthcare experience, I have dedicated my career to serving others. Before joining Home Instead, I spent seven years as a paramedic serving the Indianapolis community. I'm passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence and connecting families with compassionate, personalized care that allows their loved ones to safely age at home.

Kelly joined Home Instead in 2026 as Lead Scheduler with extensive experience in geriatrics as a BSW/MSW and a plethora of work under her belt. From case management, to policy development, to volunteer and client engagement, Kelly has worked a multifaceted career in aging and accessibility. She loves to explain "I practice what I preach" as an experienced live-in caregiver to her own aging parents and grandparents who now works assisting those in similar situations.
