General Manager

Home Instead is personal for me for many reasons. The first and most important reason is connected to my faith. James 1:27 reminds me, "Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God means caring for orphans and widows in their distress." The other, more personal reason involves my role in caring for my mother, a widow diagnosed with early onset dementia at the age of 58, in 2013. Because of her illness, I've personally lived the experience of helping to provide care for someone in need. I've seen the impact that meeting her needs has had on her quality of life for three years. I've also seen the way it has impacted my family, my friends, and my own heart. From the time I sit down at my desk every morning, I am driven to help, even in the smallest measures-a phone call, a reassuring laugh, or empowering our caregivers to do their job effectively-to meet needs for those who are struggling. I'm thankful to play a small part in that process at Home Instead. When not working, my home life with my husband and three children keeps me more than busy.

Client Care Manager

My healthcare journey began at age of 15 when I started volunteering at a hospice. This early experience ignited a lifelong passion for supporting individuals and their families during some of life's most challenging moments. Since, I have gained valuable experience working in assisting living, memory care, and skilled nursing. My home care journey began when my grandfather's health rapidly declined in 2019. Determined to keep him in the comfort of his own home, I navigated the complex world of home care options and coordinated his care. Joining the Home Instead team, I am excited to leverage my knowledge and expertise to assess individual needs, create personalized care plans, and ensure clients receive the customized support they need to thrive at home. I want to provide a safe space for familities to share their experiences during care consultations, educate, and be a strategic partner in planning care for their loved ones.

Recruitment and Onboarding Manager

I chose Home Instead because of the wonderful, high-quality personal care they provide for those who need it the most. Home Instead is personal to me because of the relationships I have with my two grandmothers. After my grandmother started to be put on oxygen, my family and I were lucky enough to provide her with services that are very similar to the services provided by Home Instead. I knew how important it was for my grandma to stay in the comfort of her own home, just like many other seniors in need of some extra care. I am excited have the opportunity to build relationships with our wonderful clients and lovely caregivers at Home Instead through hiring and training. I am so thankful to be a part of this wonderful team and the ability to make a difference in people's lives!

Office Coordinator

I came to Home Instead at a time when I needed to make personal changes. One of the changes I knew I needed to make included where I spent a lot of my time - my job. I wanted to make sure I was doing something that I loved, something that made me happy. I wanted to help make a difference in people's lives. I have cared for loved ones almost all my life I just knew it was something that I wanted and needed to do. I started as a caregiver in August of 2021 and was promoted to Lead Caregiver shortly after. I split my time between being in office and in the field with our clients - the best of both worlds!

Business Development Manager

I am a proud mother of three and a loving grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren. My husband, Evan, and I have been married for 37 years, sharing a life full of adventure-whether it's hiking, taking family trips, or participating in 5Ks together. My passion for working with seniors began at the age of 15 when I started volunteering as a Candy Striper at Miller Merry Manor and Community East. I have always been captivated by the stories and wisdom of those who have lived before us, believing that everyone has a unique journey worth sharing. Connecting with seniors and hearing about the past through their eyes has been an incredible privilege. Coming to Home Instead was a heartfelt decision. Meeting the staff, learning about the company's culture, and understanding its core values made my heart soar with excitement. Since joining, I have been deeply inspired by the genuine care and dedication shown to seniors and the community-from top management down. It's truly rewarding to be part of a team that shares my passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
