Your Impact
As a Care Professional, you'll help older adults maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes by:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Preparing meals and helping with light meal planning
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Providing companionship and encouraging social engagement
- Supporting a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
- Offering medication reminders in accordance with care plans
- Using mobility equipment safely when trained
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Maintaining accurate documentation and client confidentiality
What You Bring
We're looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others.
Experience in caregiving is helpful, but not required. We welcome candidates from customer service, education, healthcare, hospitality, human services, and other people-focused backgrounds.
Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and dependable attitude
- The ability to provide physical assistance when needed, including transfers and mobility support
- A desire to build meaningful relationships while making a difference in someone else's life
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
