After completing his service, he built a successful career in the steel construction industry before joining Home Instead in 2012 alongside his wife, Courtney. Courtney grew up in New Lenox, Illinois, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and a Master of Education from DePaul University. She has been part of the Home Instead family since 2004 and has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of seniors while supporting the families who care for them. Crystal serves as the General manager at Home Instead Joliet and brings a unique perspective to the role, having started her journey with the organization as a Care Professional in 2017. She oversees client scheduling and thoughtfully aligns each client's needs with Care Professionals' availability, helping create reliable care schedules that support comfort and consistency for the families we serve. Grisel is known for her collaborative approach and genuine commitment to both clients and Care Professionals. Alyna joined Home Instead in 2023 as an Office Coordinator and plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the office. Cloie joined Home Instead in 2026 as our Office Coordinator, bringing a strong foundation in organization, communication, and relationship-building. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Central College, where she developed a strong understanding of people and the importance of meaningful connection. Prior to joining Home Instead, Cloie worked for the Will County Clerk's Office and also gained experience as a Marketing Intern. She also had the unique opportunity to study abroad in South Korea, broadening her cultural perspective and strengthening her adaptability. As Office Coordinator, Cloie plays a key role in recruiting and onboarding our Care Professionals, helping to ensure each new team member is welcomed, prepared, and equipped for success. She also supports the day-to-day operations of our office and helps ensure our clients, families, and Care Professionals receive excellent service.
