Eric Pucel, Franchise Owner
Eric grew up in Joliet, Illinois, and began his professional journey in 1998 when he joined the United States Coast Guard. After completing his service, he built a successful career in the steel construction industry before joining Home Instead in 2012 alongside his wife, Courtney.
Eric is deeply committed to serving the seniors and families of the community he calls home. Reflecting on his role, Eric shares, “Courtney and I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated Administrative Team and an amazing group of Care Professionals who are truly committed to the seniors we serve. It is rewarding to know that every day we have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families in the same community where I grew up. One of the most meaningful parts of this work is the relationships we build—everyone has a story, and I have the privilege of hearing and learning from those experiences.”
Eric also values the strong partnerships Home Instead has built with local referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations. These trusted relationships play an important role in helping ensure seniors receive the support and care they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Through his leadership, compassion, and commitment to the community, Eric continues to make a meaningful impact on the clients, families, Care Professionals, and partners he serves. Together with Courtney and their dedicated team, he remains focused on strengthening relationships and expanding the support Home Instead provides to seniors throughout the community.
Courtney Pucel, Franchise Owner
Courtney grew up in New Lenox, Illinois, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and a Master of Education from DePaul University. She has been part of the Home Instead family since 2004 and has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of seniors while supporting the families who care for them.
Reflecting on her role and mission, Courtney shares, “It is truly an honor to provide quality care to seniors throughout our community. Every day I have the privilege of working alongside an Administrative Team that is deeply committed to meeting the needs of both our clients and Care Professionals. Together, we share the goal of ensuring every client is supported by compassionate Care Professionals who keep dignity, comfort, and well-being at the center of the care they provide.”
Courtney is especially passionate about supporting families as they navigate the challenges of caring for an aging loved one. She believes families should be able to remain in their most important roles—as daughters, sons, and spouses—while trusting that their loved one is receiving exceptional care and attention.
Through her leadership, empathy, and unwavering dedication to quality care, Courtney continues to shape the culture of Home Instead while strengthening the trusted relationships built with clients, families, referral partners, and the community. Alongside Eric and their leadership team, she remains deeply committed to growing a compassionate organization that supports seniors, families, and Care professionals alike.
Crystal, General Manager
Crystal serves as the General manager at Home Instead Joliet and brings a unique perspective to the role, having started her journey with the organization as a Care Professional in 2017. Through dedication, leadership, and a deep passion for serving seniors, she progressed through several administrative roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the business-from caregiving and client care to operations and team development.
Her experience at every level of the organization allows her to lead with empathy, insight, and a strong commitment to Home Instead's mission. Today, Crystal focuses on supporting the team, strengthening relationships with families and community partners, and ensuring the highest standard of care for the seniors served throughout the service area. Her journey reflects both her commitment to excellence and the growth opportunities available within the Home Instead family.
Grisel, Service Coordinator
Grisel joined Home Instead in 2021 as a Service Coordinator and plays an important role in ensuring both clients and Care Professionals receive the support they need to succeed. She oversees client scheduling and thoughtfully aligns each client’s needs with Care Professionals’ availability, helping create reliable care schedules that support comfort and consistency for the families we serve.
Grisel is known for her collaborative approach and genuine commitment to both clients and Care Professionals. She takes the time to understand each situation, working closely with the team to create strong matches that lead to lasting relationships and positive care experiences. Her dedication to thoughtful coordination and quality service helps ensure that every client receives the compassionate care Home Instead is known for.
Sara, Office Coordinator
Sara joined Home Instead in 2026 as Office Coordinator with an extensive background in healthcare administration, patient relations, scheduling, and team training. Throughout her career, she has supported patients, families, clinicians, and office teams in a variety of fast-paced medical settings, bringing both compassion and strong organizational skills to every role she has held.
In her role as Office Coordinator, Sara supports the day-to-day operations of the office while assisting clients, families, and Care Professionals with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Her healthcare experience and passion for helping others make her a valuable part of the team and align with Home Instead’s commitment to helping older adults live safely and independently at home.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and understands firsthand the importance of dependable support and meaningful connections.
Alyna, Office Coordinator
Alyna joined Home Instead in 2023 as an Office Coordinator and plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the office. She works closely with multiple departments to provide administrative and operational support, with a focus on recruiting, caregiver engagement, and scheduling to help ensure the team runs efficiently.
Alyna has a strong interest in advancing her career in the medical field and values the opportunity to be part of an organization dedicated to serving older adults. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and collaborative approach make her a valued member of the team, and her dedication helps support Home Instead’s mission of providing exceptional care to the clients and families we serve.
Christina, Client Care Advisor
Christina joined our Home Instead team in 2026 as a Client Care Advisor, bringing more than 15 years of hands-on healthcare and client service experience to our office. Her background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, and healthcare professional gives her a deep understanding of the needs of aging adults and the importance of compassionate, dependable care.
In her role as Client Care Advisor, Christina works closely with clients, families, and Care Professionals to help ensure services are personalized, responsive, and aligned with each client’s needs. Her healthcare background, attention to detail, and compassionate approach allow her to provide guidance and support to families navigating the aging journey.
Outside of work, Christina is a dedicated travel sports mom who enjoys cheering on her children and spending time with her family.
Stacie, Lead Care Professional
Stacie joined the Home Instead team in 2022 as a Care Professional. Her dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality care quickly set her apart, and in 2025 she transitioned into the role of Lead Care Professional.
In her current position, Stacie provides leadership, mentorship, and hands-on support to the caregiving team while ensuring consistent, client-centered care that aligns with Home Instead’s mission—to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. She serves as a bridge between the field and office teams by offering coaching, conducting quality assurance visits, and supporting new Care Professionals through training and shadowing.
Brianna, Lead Care Professional
Brianna joined the Home Instead family in 2024 while residing in Ohio. Upon relocating to Illinois, she joined our team. As a Lead Care Professional, Brianna exemplifies the heart and mission of Home Instead. She provides exceptional care to clients and demonstrates a level of professionalism that makes her an ideal mentor to Care Professionals.
As a Lead Care Professional, Brianna ensures every client receives compassionate, consistent care, and high-quality support through quality assurance visits. She assists with onboarding and supporting new Care Professionals, sharing best practices, and helping maintain the high standards that families expect from Home Instead.
Teagan, Administrative Coordinator
Teagan serves as a part-time Administrative Coordinator while attending the University of Mississippi. As the daughter of our franchise owners, she has grown up closely connected to the Home Instead mission and the impact our team has on aging adults and their families.
In her role, Teagan assists with compliance initiatives, administrative coordination, and leadership support to help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. She is organized, dependable, and takes pride in supporting both our team and the clients we serve.
Teagan is proud to be part of a team committed to being the provider of choice for clients, Care Professionals, and referral partners by delivering consistent, high-quality care and building trusted relationships throughout the community.
