As the Home Care Consultant, Cindy leads the effort of building and maintaining relationships with the local healthcare community, establishing new relationships in the area, and providing community education resources not only to healthcare leaders, but also to area seniors and their families. Cindy has made it her mission to spread the news about how Home Instead can help seniors live independently as long as possible, and provide support and relief for their families.​​

Paula was born and raised in Belleville and is a graduate of McKendree University. Paula left the teaching field to be a caregiver for a family member. She knows firsthand the stress and feelings that come with having a family member that needs care. When deciding to re-enter the work force, Paula wanted to work for a company that truly shared her belief in improving the community and giving back. After accepting the position with Home Instead, she truly feels blessed to be working for a company that gives her the personal satisfaction of making a difference. As the Client Care Supervisor, Paula meets with potential clients and their families to discuss services for their loved ones. She makes sure that our clients are getting the best care possible by making regular quality visits and making client and caregiver introductions.​​

Service Coordinator

As the Service Coordinator, Chandra selects the best Care Professionals to match each client's needs, schedule, and personality. She stays informed of any changes in client's schedules or home situations and updates Care Pros on client needs, ensuring the best possible service. Chandra began her career in healthcare as a CNA working in assisted living facilities. She joined our team as a Care Professional in 2021 after staying home to raise her family. Chandra joined our office team as Lead Care Professional in 2021 and became the Service Coordinator in 2022. She lives in Shiloh with her husband and two daughters.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Jessica manages the Care Professional hiring process, as well as training and development. She screens all candidates, conducts interviews, and hires the most qualified Care Pros. Jessica ensures that our Care Professionals receive top-notch training and development. She is responsible for the execution and organization of the training programs as well as mentoring new Care Pros. Jessica enjoys sharing her years of experience and knowledge in the healthcare industry and helping others excel.

Danielle plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. With a strong attention to detail and a passion for caring for seniors, Danielle supports both the caregiving team and office staff to ensure clients and their families receive excellent service.
